I 摘要 近年来，珠海银隆新能源有限公司根据其战略规划及部署，计划在四川成都 市新津县投资建设新能源汽车和核心零部件项目。为避免在新能源汽车建设项目 投资前，因为没有进行科学的研究与分析，从而致使投资项目的失败和损失，造 成人力、物力等方面的浪费。因此，非常有必要从项目可行性研究的角度先于该 新能源汽车项目投资建设前实施科学的分析，从多方面论证项目投资建设的可行 与否，从而对项目的投资建设决定和今后的建设规划提供重要参考和依据。 报告选材珠海银隆新能源有限公司下属全资子公司广通汽车有限公司在成都 市新津县新材料产业区拟投资建设的新能源汽车厂项目为研究对象；通过相关文 献的收集和专家的调查，借助 WBS、SWOT、分析表、模糊综合评价等工具和方 法对项目可行性方面进行探讨和分析。全文通过这些研究方法展开对成都广通汽 车有限公司新能源汽车厂项目投资建设的承办条件、产品方案和国内外市场预测 分析、工艺方案论证、投资估算、财务评价和风险分析等全面评估，从而对可行 性的研究内容进行总结，获取可行性研究的结论。本文共分六个章节来展开项目 可行性研究方面的探讨分析，报告首先对研究的背景及意义，包括研究的目标、 方法等进行阐述；然后对项目管理与可行性研究的相关理论和方法，包括国内外 研究发展现状进行了归纳；再然后在对项目的基础情况和建设的必要性进行梳理 的基础上，从市场分析与预测的角度论证了项目市场的可行性；紧接着，从项目 拟建规模及相关协作、建设方案、技术条件以及节能与环保的角度对项目建设方 案进行了综合分析，确定了项目建设方案的可行；另外，还重点从项目投资估算 及资金筹措、财务评价及经济与社会效益的分析，包括对其项目风险的识别、评 估和应对的角度展开了项目投资估算与财务可行性分析，以此确定了项目财务与 经济效益的可行性；最后得出了结论和相关建议。 本文的研究希望将项目管理和项目可行性研究的相关理论与方法和笔者工作 实践相结合，应用到成都广通汽车有限公司新能源汽车厂项目的投资研究分析当 中，为珠海广通汽车有限公司、成都市新津县招商局等单位开展项目的市场预测、 建设方案规划、投资经济分析、风险评估等项目可行性研究论证活动提供一些依 据和有价值的参考。 关键词，新能源汽车；项目管理；项目可行性研究ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT In recent years, Zhuhai Yinlong New Energy Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of new energy vehicles and core components projects in Xinjin County, Chengdu, Sichuan, based on its strategic planning and deployment.
