我国的纺织服装产业,是我国重要的支柱产业。近些年以来,劳动力的成本 越来越高,各项生产要素的成本也在不断的上升,属于劳动力密集型的纺织服装 业在劳动力成本上的优势越来越弱,随着人口结构的不平衡、人口老龄化问题的 不断严峻,未来劳动力的成本还会提高。同时,来自国际上的竞争也不断加剧, 一方面,欧美发达国家通过实施再工业化战略抢占高端的产品市场;另一方面, 凭借成本价格低的优势,发展中国家也积极抢占中低端的产品市场,这些内外因 素给我国的纺织服装业带来了巨大的挑战。 我国纺织服装业,需要通过智能制造,才能够提升信息化、自动化和智能化 的水平,以促使我国的服装制造产业能够摆脱劳动力的束缚,从而提高制造水平, 增强在世界上的竞争能力。实施智能制造,是我国纺织服装产业发展的要求,也 是促进我国纺织服装产业转型升级、提升竞争优势的必经之路。 笔者对国内外的有关文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司进行了收集整理,并对国内外与智能制造有关 的理论知识进行了深入研究,结合理论研究和实证分析方法,通过对森创公司及 其经营模式、公司业务流程的实际状况等,认为公司的当务之急是要尽快实施智 能制造战略,并指出了提升公司智能制造系统的方案:数字化研发系统与智能制 造系统。其中数字化研发系统包括 PLM 产品生命周期系统与 3D 模拟设计系统, 智能制造系统包括 MES 系统、APS 排程系统、WMS 仓库管理系统。智能制造支撑 方案包括精益管理思想、主数据管理与信息安全体系,并运用项目管理的方式制 定实施计划,分析实施重点与难点以及建立实施保障体系,最终顺利完成了智能 制造提升方案的项目实施。 通过智能制造提升方案的实施,压缩产品上市周期、提升生产效率、提高产 品质量水平,帮助森创公司由传统的大批量少品种的生产模式向小批量多品牌的 柔性快反生产模式进行转变。同时也希望通过本文对智能制造提升方案的思考, 为其它服装生产企业进行智能制造建设提供一些借鉴。 关键词:智能制造;服装;森创公司;MES;II Research on Optimization of garment intelligent manufacturing of Senchuang Company Abstract Textile and apparel industry is an important livelihood industry in China, but in recent years, the rising cost of labor force has led to the increase of the cost of various factors of production. With the gradual increase of trade barriers, the cost advantage of China's apparel manufacturing industry is no longer prominent. In the future, with the increasingly serious problem of population aging and unbalanced population structure, labor costs will continue to rise. At the same time, developed countries in Europe and the United States re-industrialized to seize the high-end market share of manufacturing industry, developing countries with low-cost advantage to seize the low-end market share, China is facing the double challenges of front and back attack. The development of intelligent manufacturing will enhance the level of automation, informatization and intellectualization of China's garment manufacturing industry, maintain the advanced level and competitive advantage of China's garment manufacturing industry in the international arena, and reduce the dependence on labor force. It is not only in line with the inherent requirements of the development of China's garment manufacturing industry, but also an inevitable choice for reshaping the new advantages of China's garment manufacturing industry and realizing transformation and upgrading. This paper collects relevant literatures at home and abroad, studies relevant theories of intelligent manufacturing at home and abroad, and then combines theoretical research with empirical analysis. Through understanding the status quo of SenChuang Company and its intelligent manufacturing, it points out the necessity of the development of SenChuang Company's garment intelligent manufacturing, and puts forward the upgrading scheme of SenChuang Company's garment intelligent manufacturing system: digital R&D system. Among them, digital R&D system includes PLM product life cycle system and 3D simulation design system, intelligent manufacturing system includes MES system, APS scheduling system, WMS warehouse management system, and intelligent manufacturing support schemeIII includes lean management idea, master data management and information security system. The implementation plan is formulated by project management, the key and difficult points of implementation are analyzed, and the implementation guarantee system is established. Finally, the project implementation of the upgrading scheme of intelligent manufacturing is successfully completed. Through the implementation of Intelligent Manufacturing Promotion Scheme, through the reduction of product listing cycle, the promotion of production efficiency and the improvement of product quality level of SenChuang Company, we can help SenChuang Company change from the traditional production mode of large quantities and few varieties to the flexible fast counter-production mode of small quantities and many brands. At the same time, we hope that through the consideration of Intelligent Manufacturing Promotion Scheme in this paper, we can produce other garments. Enterprises can provide some reference for the construction of intelligent manufacturing.
