项目可行性研究是项目立项阶段最重要的核心文件，是确定建设项目前具有 决定性意义的工作，是指对拟建项目有关的自然、社会、经济、技术等进行调研、 分析比较以及预测建成后的社会经济效益。在此基础上，综合论证项目建设的必 要性，财务的盈利性，经济上的合理性，技术上的先进性和适应性以及建设条件 的可能性和可行性，从而为投资决策提供科学依据。 近年来汽车事业的发展，尤其是零部件欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的迅猛推进，许多研究人员致力 于汽车零部件欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的项目可行性研究。本文对地通塔奥汽车车身件及底盘件等金 属构件生产项目可行性研究的一般过程做出简介，导出汽车零部件欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司可行性研 究工作的关键部分。本文首先介绍了项目建设可行性理论国内外发展与实践的基 本情况，重点解释了项目投资建设理论和风险管理理论。随后本文对地通塔奥汽 车车身件及底盘件等金属构件生产项目建设的必要性进行了研究分析，在此基础 上运用项目建设投资评价方法对本项目的投资估算及资金筹措模式以及项目财务 方面的清偿能力的可行性进行了论证，并采用风险管理理论的方法对本项目在投 资建设中可能存在的风险以及风险的规避措施进行了探讨。最后对这个项目进行 了整体的可行性分析评价，总结出结论并提出相关管理建议。 关键词，可行性研究；地通塔奥；金属构件；项目建设；分析评价II Abstract The project feasibility study is a phase of the project the key document， is a decisive work before the construction project， refers to the projects related to natural， social， economic， technology research， analysis and prediction after the completion of the social and economic benefits. On this basis，the comprehensive demonstration of the necessity of project construction，financial profitability， economic rationality， possibility and feasibility of technical advancement and adaptability and construction conditions， and to provide the scientific basis for investment decision. The development of automobile industry in recent years， especially the rapid advance auto parts industry， in the automotive industry project feasibility research and many researchers. In this paper，the general process of project feasibility study to make the introduction， the key part of feasibility study of export auto parts industry. This paper first introduces the basic situation of project feasibility theory development and practice at home and abroad，explains the construction project investment theory and risk management theory. Based on the necessity of Tao Auto body parts and chassis parts and other metal parts production projects are analyzed， the feasibility on the basis of project investment evaluation method of financing mode and project financial liquidity of investment estimation and fund of the project are discussed， and the methods of risk management theory discusses the risk may exist in the in the construction of investment and risk aversion measures. At the end of the project are analyzed and evaluated the overall feasibility，summarizes the conclusion and puts forward relevant management suggestions.
