水电为可持续发展的绿色能源,水电工程一经建成,运营成本较低,相对传统能源, 水电资源更具备优势。我国水力资源丰富,随着国家经济实力的逐渐增长,对水电资源 的需求量不断扩大,国家拟建水电项目则日益增多。因水电工程项目的前期投资巨大, 收益期漫长,对专业水平技术要求高,所以前期必须进行充分的可行性调查论证,而水 电工程可行性研究发展历史较短,可用的同类参考案例较少,且因项目所在地域不同, 还需有针对性的对水电工程设计及施工涉及到的区域地质条件及工程地质问题作出各 方面的可行性分析、判断及优选,为水电工程的设计施工提供风险性、安全性、经济性 等多方面可行性指标,可靠欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司和依据。 本文结合黄河班多水电站工程,在区域地质情况、水库区工程地质条件、坝址比较 与选择、选定坝址区工程地质条件、各个坝线工程地质条件及坝线比较,以及枢纽建筑 物工程地质条件和工程所需天然建筑材料 7 个方面对工程可行性方案的确定进行研究, 结果表明:班多水库没有区域性断裂和活断层通过,组成库盆的岩性为相对不透水的砂 岩、板岩,不会产生库水向深部的渗漏,不具备诱发地震的渗漏条件,故认为不会产生 水库诱发地震;水库区条件较好;上、中、下坝址中,中坝址工程地质条件尚好,无重 大工程地质问题;中坝址施工方便,利用水头较高,结合电站规模,适应性较好;上坝 线较优,为可行性方案;水工建筑物均无工程地质问题;天然建筑材料储量充足,且符 合规范指标需求。7 个方面均可行,可为班多水电站进一步的设计、施工提供可靠依据, 同时,研究成果对同类工程可行性方案的确定有重要借鉴意义。 关键词: 地震 地层岩性 地质构造特征 坝址比选 坝线比选 工程地质条件 天然建筑材料II Abstract Hydroelectricity is a kind of green resource for sustainable development. Once the hydroelectrical power station is completed, the operating costs are relatively down. Compared with traditional energy resources, hydroelectricity has more advantages. China is rich in its hydropower resource. With the development of China’s economic power, the needs of hydroelectricity are increasing. As a result, the number of planned hydroelectical power station is increasing. Because of the huge investment in the early stage, long-term profits, high requirement of professional technology, it is necessary to make a full investigation of the feasibility. However, the history of the feasibility research of hydroelectrical power station is short, so there are only a few references that we can use. In addition, according to the different area situation of each project, it is also necessary to make feasibility analysis, judgment and optimization of various aspects of the regional geological conditions and engineering geological problems what are related to the design and construction of hydroelectricity power station in order to provide risk, security, economy and other feasible indicators for the construction of the station. This paper used Banduo hydroelectricity power station of Yellow River as an example. It made a research on the determination of feasibility of the project according to following aspects: the regional geological condition, the engineering geological conditions in reservoir area, the comparison and selection of dam sites, the engineering geological conditions of selected dam site area, the engineering geological condition and comparison of each dam line, the engineering geological conditions of hub buildings, and the natural building materials of engineering. The result shows that there are no regional faults or active faults passing through the Banduo Reservoir. And the lithology of the reservoir basin are sandstone and slate which will not leak reservoir water to the deep, and it does not have the leakage conditions earthquake leakage so there will be no reservoir-induced earthquake. The result also shows that the reservoir area conditions are pretty good. Among the upper, middle and lower dam sites, the engineering geological conditions of the middle site are still good and there are no major engineering geological problems. It is convenience to construct in the middle site, and has a higher utilization of the water source. Combined with the scale of the power station, the adaptability is better. As a feasible solution, the upper line is better. There are no engineering geological problems in hydraulic structures, natural building materials are sufficient, and it also meets the requirements of regulatory indicators. The seven feasible aspects provide reliable basis for further design and construction of Banduo Hydroelectricity Power Station.III And the research results have important reference significance for the determination of the feasibility of similar projects.
