本报告主要研究产生量大!处理困难的废旧织物用于污水处理的 填料的可行性;选择来源广泛的棉布!麻布!绒布和棉布与涤纶的混 纺布作为实验材料 通过实验得出废旧织物的耐温能力,材料的最适宜温度范围: 10一35e;废旧织物经过酸碱溶液处理后,拉伸强力急剧下降,采用 傅里叶红外测试仪测试化学处理前后材料的分子结构变化 材料的克重!透气量!厚度!粗糙度与材料的挂膜量呈正相关性, 通过正交实验得出材料附着微生物的最佳水力条件为:温度为30e! pH值为7一8!曝气量为3L/min;对材料的使用寿命进行了中试装置 应用研究,通过检测材料的拉伸强力和伸长率变化,确定各种材料的 使用寿命分别为:棉布为6个月,麻布!混纺布9个月,绒布使用时 间最长对使用9个月之后的材料形貌进行分析,棉布!麻布!混纺 布表面均严重损坏!剥裂,绒布仅在端面处有轻微破损 从污泥中提取一株菌,序列在GenBank上的登录号为HQ455787 经鉴定为AcinetobactersP.X16对发酵液成分进行红外扫描和紫外 扫描分析,确定其含有大量的氨基酸选定棉布为试验对象,得出微 生物与材料间的结合键为氢键,主要是/吸附架桥作用0;棉布和麻布 易被微生物分解,涤纶织物作为填料时不易被微生物分解 仁将回收的废旧织物制成填料并用于污水处理的中试装置,确定最 佳水力条件为:HRT为20h!污泥浓度保持在5500一7500mg/L!Do 浓度范围为2一4mg/L;与现有软性填料出水效果:进行对比,处理效果 较好,出水水质均达到回用水标准;对废旧织物应用于污水处理的填 料进行经济性分析,1.3m只1.3mxZ.Om的中试装置,采用废旧织物作 为填料,每3年可节省52.4元 本课题己申请专利并获得批准,专利号:Z]匕200920211269.9, 授权公告日期:2010年07月21日 关键词:废旧织物!填料!结合力!吸附架桥!经济性AFEASIBILITYSTUDYONTHE认叭STEFABRIC RECLAIMEDINSE场AGETREATMENTASFILLERS ABSTRACT Theaimofthisdissertation15tostudythewastefabriereusedasfiller.Selected eotton仙rie,罗nnycloth,natmelette,mixedSpinnidgwitheottonandterylene (hereinafterealled.blendedfabrie,)asexPerimentalmaterial,whichareabundantly available.
