中棉紫光公司的“全程低温分步萃取脱酚工艺”首次实现了棉籽脱酚的规模化, 目前在国内建有 40 余条生产线,年设计加工能力 200 余万吨光棉籽,超过全国棉籽 产量的 20%。近几年由于行情低迷,我国脱酚棉籽蛋白加工企业盈利水平大幅下降, 很多企业面临着严峻的生存危机。为给我国棉籽深加工企业探索一个稳定有效的、市 场前景广阔的发展方向,本课题对在棉籽脱酚生产线基础上进一步拓展生产线生产新 型发酵培养基氮源——棉籽精粉的项目进行可行性分析。 为增强课题研究实用性和针对性,为棉籽脱酚企业起到现实指导作用,选择一棉 籽蛋白厂作为例子,以此公司的现实情况为基础,对现有设备设施进行适当调整并建 设棉籽精粉生产线。根据可行性研究的要求,对项目建设的必要性、技术的可行性、 经济的合理性进行分析,并研究投资效果、社会效益和经济效益,形成一套完整的可 行性分析报告。 本项目的产品棉籽精粉将为生物发酵产业提供一种新的优质培养基氮源,提升我 国培养基氮源品质,打破国内生物发酵企业对国外高品质有机氮源的高度依赖性。项 目符合国家产业政策,具有良好的社会效益;财务指标优异,经济效益良好,具备财 务可行性;本项目是可行的、必要的。 关键词,棉籽深加工;脱酚;脱酚棉籽蛋白;发酵;培养基;氮源;棉籽精粉II Abstract The patented “entire process low temperature two-step solvent Extracted” technology by China Cotton Unis-BioScience Co., Ltd., scaled up the cottonseed degossypolize processing industry for the first time. By now, more than 40 production lines have been built in domestic, total processing capacity more than 2 million tons of cottonseed annually, about 20% of the national cottonseed production. In recent years due to the downturn in the market, profitability of the degossypolized cottonseed meal (DCM) processing enterprises fell sharply, many enterprises face the serious survival crisis. In order to explore a stable and effective development direction with wide market prospects to the cottonseed deep processing enterprises, this topic will carry out the feasibility analysis of new-built project “using DCM as raw material to produce cottonseed powder, a new type fermentation medium nitrogen source”. To enhance the practicability and pertinence of the research, choosing a DCM factory for example, based on the company’s present situation, modify the existing equipment and facilities, and build a new production line of cottonseed powder. According to the requirements of the feasibility study, analyzing the necessity of the project’s construction, the feasibility of the technology and the economical rationality, researching the investment effect, social benefit and economic benefit, to form a complete set of feasibility study report. The production of this project, cottonseed powder, will help domestic biological fermentation enterprises getting rid of the highly dependence of foreign biological fermentation nitrogen source, and expanding the space for development.This project conforms to national industrial policy, has good social efficiency and excellent financial index, has the financial feasibility; so this project is feasible and necessary.
