Abstract
The development of fierce competition in the market economy and the main
business of the enterprise managers have high demands on the staff's comprehensive
strength increased, and improve the comprehensive development level of staff to
adapt to the current trend of competition, has become the main business to seek their
own development steadily and the key initiatives, but also further promote the
necessary steps to strengthen and improve its profitability the overall quality of the
team. How to improve the quality of staff through staff training is the key step to
improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the overall market competition in
order to achieve breakthrough.
This paper takes H Guarantee Corporation as the research object, introduces the
current situation of H Guarantee Corporation employee training system, analyzes the
problems existing in the staff training system structure, and analyzes the limitations
in cognition, research methods, training plans and evaluation strategies. Rationally
design the promotion path of staff training, and make full use of the contribution of
the optimal management of human resources to the management and development of
the guarantee industry. This paper also constructs safeguard measures in training
system, training staff and training contents, so as to provide guarantee for improving
the talent quality of H Guarantee Corporation, and take it as one of the research
results to improve the training level of China's financing guarantee industry.
Establish and improve the system of H Guarantee Corporation staff training system,
enrich the theoretical basis for staff training, and provide ideas for the H Guarantee
Corporation to carry out staff training.
