本文结合当下国情,以 HJBB 母婴用品连锁店为例进行了竞争战略研究,主要完
成了以下工作:
对 HJBB 这一知名品牌母婴用品连锁店进行较为系统和深入的分析,利用战略管
理的相关理论和方法,从宏观环境分析了 HJBB 的外部环境,从资源、能力角度,并
用波特五力模型和 SWOT 方法列出了该企业的优势和劣势以及面临的机遇、威胁,
并在此基础上对该企业可采取的战略进行匹配;利用 QSPM 矩阵方法对 HJBB 母婴
用品连锁店进行战略评价,最后从组织控制与运营体系改善、人力资源状况的改进、
连锁加盟体系的建设、建立高效率的管理信息系统、加强物流配送保障等五个方面阐
述了 HJBB 母婴用品连锁店的战略实施与保障

ABSTRACT
As a result of the population inverted triangle structure and aging, young labor shortage

According to the data , a comprehensive two-child policy will be released 300-500 million
newborns every year, and bring 900-1500 billion consumer dividend to the market.
Maternal and child industry access to a good time for development in the case of
increasing population, is expected in the last five years will be the rapid development of
the mother and baby industry golden age.
This article combined with the current situation, take HJBB brand which is child
supplies chain as an example of a competitive strategy research, mainly completed the
following work:
This paper analyzes the external environment of HJBB from the macro environment,
and analyzes the external environment of HJBB from the perspective of resources and
capability, and uses the Porter model and the model of the HJBB, which is based on the
theory and method of strategic management. SWOT method lists the advantages and
disadvantages of the enterprise and the opportunities and threats, and on this basis, the
