本文以M水务集团为研究对象,在实地调研的基础上,运用人
力资源管理的基本理论和方法,对该集团人才规划的存量现状进行全
面综合分析,找出其在人才规划过程中存在的主要问题,从而提出有
效的人才规划设计方案。本文还从人才的需求和人才的供给进行了科
学的预测,对人才供需平衡的调整进行了分析,并且提出了具体的保
障措施,为M水务集团全面加强水务人才队伍建设和今后的建设发
展提供人才规划依据。同时,本文的研究对水务欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的人才规划同样
具有借鉴和指导意义
