解。本文选取了九江共青园区工业园中三家具有代表性的服装企业为例进行实证
分析,调查了解现阶段这三家服装欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司在员工培训方面实践的效果,重点在于找
出其中存在的具体、突出的问题,并在此基础上提出解决对策。希望通过对九江
市共青工业园区部分服装企业的员工技能培训进行综合评价,以点带面,总结现
阶段九江市服装欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司在员工技能培训发展过程中所存在的问题。针对评价结果,

Abstract
The four basic elements of human life are clothing, food, shelter and transportation.
The demand for clothing is often the first priority. This also fully illustrates the
importance of the clothing industry for human development. In recent years, with the
deepening of China&39;s economic and industrial structure adjustment, the upgrading of
enterprises reform is also carried out like a raging fire, emerge in an endless stream of
new formats, new technology, new equipment, new technology, greatly enhance the
level of social productive forces. So is the clothing enterprises, enterprises introduce
new clothing, practical new clothing line, new technology and so on, also put forward
higher requirements on the quality of human resources and personnel needs of the most
skilled talents, which conform to the development trend of garment industry. The
research of talented training is particularly important for creating the competitive
advantage of enterprise. Staff skills training plays an important roles to maintain the
strategic development status of garment enterprises in the face of fierce domestic and
international competitive pressures. With the continuous development of the economy,
Jiujiang garment industry is also in constant forward, but in the context of economic
globalization, Jiujiang garment industry compared with foreign competitors there is a
big gap between our country and even in developed southeast coastal areas of the
garment industry is also there is a certain distance. The clothing industry is
labor-intensive industry, the labor quality is higher, the overall business situation is
currently Jiujiang garment industry do not, poor professional quality of a large part of
the reason depends on the labor force. Although the Jiujiang Gongqing Park clothing
industry has carried out staff training, but the effect is not ideal, which needs for
theoretical support and practice optimization.
In line with such a breakthrough point, this paper aims to take an investigation and
understanding to staffs’ skills training status quo of apparel industry in GongQing Area,
which mainly through the literature research and case analysis method to carry out
research. This paper chooses three typical garment enterprises in Jiujiang Gongqing
Park Industrial Park as an example to investigate the effect of three garment industry in
the training of employees at the present stage. The key point is to find out the specific
and outstanding Problem, and on this basis to propose solutions. Through the
comprehensive evaluation, to point with surface, it summarized problems of workers’
skills in apparel industry of Jiujiang city at the present stage during the development
process of training. According to the evaluation results, combined with the current
development situation of skills training of apparel industry in Jiujiang city, targetly put
forward development countermeasure, and make a good wish to the development of
skills training of apparel industry in Jiujiang city.
