摘要
当前，模式化、工具化、经验化的现代西方企业管理理论的弊病，学难以
融通、学难以致用等问题正成为中国企业管理人士面临的共同障碍，从国学中
寻找管理智慧成为一种重要思路和指向。在市场竞争日益激烈的国际国内市场，
人才是企业获得竞争优势的根本，员工的职业化素养是决定企业人才竞争优势
的根基，如何有效塑造员工职业化素养成为当今企业管理的重要议题。“半部
《论语》治天下”。由孔子智慧引申而来的《论语》管理智慧，对于管理者和
企业家构建自身企业的企业文化以及职业素养塑造具有重要的借鉴和启发作
用

本文从《论语》管理智慧精髓与价值以及现代企业职业化素养存在问题和
原因引入，以《论语》管理智慧在 X 公司职业化素塑造的应用实践为核心，从
职业道德、职业心态、职业意识、职业习惯及职业技能五方面进行实践应用研
究与论述，重点考察了管理智慧在 X 公司员工职业化素养塑造中的应用效果及

Currently, the ills of the modern western business management theory which is
modeled, instrumental, experience-oriented, and the difficulty translation of learning
and practice, are becoming a common obstacle to business people. It becomes an
important idea and directions to find the management wisdom from Chinese
Literature. In the international and domestic markets market which competition is
increasingly. The talent is the foundation of enterprise to gain competitive advantage.
The staff&39;s professional quality is the foundation of enterprise talent competition
advantage. How to effectively building staff professional literacy become important
issues of the enterprises management. Half of ‘The Analects’ rule the world. The
Analects management wisdom came from Confucius&39; is still having a great reference
and inspiration for the current business managers and entrepreneurs to build their own
culture and professional staff quality.
This article is beginning from the management wisdom essence and value of The
Analects and the existing problems and cause of modern enterprise professional
quality. It focuses on the application of The Analects management wisdom to Shape
