本文以 PF 银行台州分行为案例,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式对影响 PF 银行
台州分行理财经理培训的因素进行了分析和总结,详细分析了 PF 银行台州分行
理财经理培训存在的问题,并相应地提出了理财经理培训体系改进的建议和优化
策略。主要得出以下结论:
(1)PF银行台州分行在理财经理培训中存在的问题主要表现以下几个方面:
台州分行管理层对培训的认识不够、重视程度不够;理财经理的培训欠缺专业性;
缺少规范的培训制度;培训的方式不科学;对培训的投入力度不够,理财经理的
流动性较大等五个方面
(2)PF 银行台州分行理财经理培训体系改进的建议和优化策略有以下五个
方面:PF 银行台州分行的管理者和理财经理都需提高对培训的认识,树立培训
的新理念;将培训的周期性、培训的评估制度、考核机制等制度建立并落实;加
强理财经理培训的需求分析;创新理财经理的培训方式;加大理财经理培训的投
入力度
科学的培训和管理是商业银行获得优秀人力资源的途径,没有培训就没有理
财业务服务质量的提高,有了优秀理财经理做后盾商业银行才能走向成功

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy, commercial banks and finance
companies also received rapid development. Talent is the core of commercial banks
competition, and financial manager’s training and management is the fundamental
measure for commercial banks to obtain excellent talents. China's commercial banks
have greater mobility in financial manager. Now the training system optimization and
management is a difficult problem faced by many commercial banks and finance
companies.
This thesis takes PF bank Taizhou branch as an example, analysis and summary
the effective factors which influence financial manager training system by
questionnaire and interview. Meanwhile it analyzes the problems of financial manager
training in PF bank Taizhou branch. Finally, it proposes optimization strategy on
promoting financial manager training and management. The thesis mainly draws the
following conclusions:
(1) The problems which exist in financial manager training of PF bank Taizhou
branch are as follows: not enough awareness of the importance of financial manager
training, training lack of professionalism, lack of a normative training institutions,not
use scientific training methods, not enough investment in training and greater
mobility of financial manager.
(2) The thesis proposes optimization strategies on financial manager training of
PF bank Taizhou branch are in five areas: First of all, Managers of PF bank Taizhou
branch and financial managers both need to improve their understanding of the
training, and establish a new concept of training. Secondly, to establish and
implement the training cycle, training evaluation system, appraisal system and so on.
Thirdly, to strengthen the financial manager training needs analysis. Besides, to
innovate training methods for financial managers. At last, increase investment in
financial manager training.
Scientific training and management is the way to build up excellent human
resources for commercial banks. Without training, there is no improvement in the
quality of financial services. And with excellent financial manager to do the backing
of commercial banks in order to succeed .
