摘 要
融资租赁对企业而言不仅能盘活已有资产，还能大大提高资金使用效率，特别是
相对一般金融方式较为便捷，但这种新型融资方式为企业带来较多利益的同时还存在
诸多风险。本文主要通过分析NF融资租赁公司目前承做项目中出现的问题，识别目
前项目中的风险点，并对融资租赁项目风险进行优化管理。本文通过规范性理论分析
法、实证调查与分析法、定量与定性分析结合法等对融资租赁项目风险管理进行解剖、
分析，根据NF融资租赁公司状况找出目前项目风险管理中存在的内部风险与外部风
险，内部风险管理存在问题主要有信息不对称、租赁物的缺陷、制度不完善及专业人
才紧缺；外部风险管理存在问题主要有政府政策不完善及不可逆因素存在的隐患。根
据这些风险文章提出了相应对策措施，从公司内部的识别机制、监控体系到企业文化
的建立，再到企业对外部风险进行规避及转移，这些都能更好地对NF融资租赁公司
的项目进行风险管理，对以后的发展起到积极作用，并对同欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司有一定参考价值

Abstract
The financing lease of enterprises can not only revitalize an inventory of existing
assets, but also greatly improve the efficiency of the use of funds. It is more convenient
than the general financial mode. This new finance still has more risks even it can bring
more benefits to the company. This paper identifies the risk of the project and deals with
risks on the management of the financing lease by analyzing the problems, which exist in
the project of the NF financing Lease Company. In this article, empirical investigation,
analysis method and qualitative analysis method on the leasing project risk management
were dissected through normative and theoretical analysis, according to the situation of the
NF financial and found out the existing project risk management in the internal and
external risk. Internal risk management problems include information asymmetry, defects
of leasing and the system which is not perfect and lacks professional talents; external risk
management problems focus on the government policy, which is not perfect and exists
irreversible factors, which can hide dangers. On the basic of these risks, this paper pays
attentions to the corresponding countermeasures, establishing recognition mechanism and
monitoring system of enterprise culture from the inner of the company. It also focuses on
the enterprise experience strategy for risk aversion and external transfer. All of these
methods are good for NF leasing company's project risk management. They can bring
positive effects on the development and give a certain reference value for the same
industries in the future.
