1.TermsofAgreement
1.协议条款
1.1Thisagreementshallcomeintoeffecton04March2016andshallremaininforceuntil04March2019.Itistheprospectiveemployee’sresponsibilitytoobtainsuchGovernmentapprovaltoworkinNewZealand.
本协议自2016年3月4日生效，2019年3月4到期。获得新西兰政府的此项工作许可是员工的责任。
2.TitleandDuties
权利和义务
2.1Thetitleanddutiesissetoutintheschedule2.TheEmployeemayvolunteertoperformtheworkofastrikingorlockedoutEmployee,fornolongerthanthedurationofthestrikeorlockout.
权利和义务详情见表2。员工可以在一定的期限内自愿参加罢工或是停工。
2.2ItshallbethedutyoftheEmployeetocarryoutallreasonableinstructionsandtoundertakeanyworkreasonablyrequiredbytheEmployer.
员工有义务执行用工方的合理指令、受领任何用工方合理的工作分配。
2.3TheEmployermay,afterconsultationwiththeEmployee,amenddutiesfromtimetotime.Oneweek’snoticeinwritingwillbegivenbytheEmployertotheEmployeeofanyalterationtotheEmployee’sduties,followingconsultationingoodfaith.
雇主认为必要时，经与雇员协商后,可以修改职责项目。雇主提前一周以书面形式将要修改的员工职责内容告知员工。
2.4TheEmployee’sdutiesarecontainedinthejobdescriptionwhichisattachedtothisAgreement.
员工职责的内容包含在协议附件的《工作说明》中。
2.5TheEmployermayrequesttheEmployeetoperformtheworkofastrikingorlockedoutEmployee,fornolongerthanthedurationofthestrikeorlockout.
雇主可以要求员工执行罢工的或锁定员工的工作，但不能超过罢工或停工的时间。

也可能在其他任何雇主认为适用于完成工作的地方。
4.TimesandHoursofWork
工作时间和时长
4.1TheEmployeewillcomplywithreasonablerequesttoprovideinformationontimeworked.
员工应遵守合理的工作时间要求。
4.2Days&Hours:37.5Hours
RestandMealBreaks:anhourlunch,two30-minuteteabreaks
工作时长：每周37.5小时
休息和吃饭时间：午饭1小时；2次茶歇时间，每次30分钟
4.3Oneweek’snoticeinwritingwillbegivenbytheEmployertotheEmployeeofanyalterationtotheEmployeeshoursofwork,followingconsultationingoodfaith.
雇主和员工之间关于任何变更员工工作时间的事项，在诚信协商后，一个星期后以书面形式告知员工。
4.4Itisrecognisedtherearetimeswherethehoursofworkareflexibleandtheemployeemayberequiredtomakethemselvesavailableforworkoutside
