摘要

近年来,随着互联网技术的快速发展,互联网金融已成为了当前

的热门话题,一方面,众筹可以通过给予创新项目融资机会的方式促

进创新项目的发展,提高创新项目的数量;另一方面,众筹也可以通

过对于不同创新模式的资金分配,从而改变创新方式。当然,如果有

新的投资者进入也有可能会将原有的投资者挤出市场,导致被资助的

创新项目不会增加;如果投资者对于不同创新模式的资金分配没有改

变,众筹也自然不会改变创新方式。

本文对众筹网络融资模式的的发展情况进行系统性介绍,根据其

金融特点、运作方式、模式分类、实施条件进行分类研究,结合国内

外案例对该模式的发展趋势进行判断。根据全球发展现状结果国内各

因素影响,分析该模式在中国发展的可行性,找出发展存在的瓶颈并

加以分析,并指出在中国发展的方向,可进行市场细分,完善众筹网

络融资模式的法律法规,优化市场推广方式等。

THE FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS OF CROWDFUDING MODEL

IN CHINA

Abstract

With tiie rapid development of internet technology, internet finance has become a

hot topic. On one hand, crowdfunding can propel the development of innovative

projects and increase their number by giving financing opportunity to them. On the

other hand, crowdfunding changes the way of innovation by distributing capital to

different innovative models. Of course, if entry of new investors may crowd out old

investors, Hie number of funded projects may remain the same or become even less; if

investors do not change their distribution of capital to different innovative models,

crowdfunding will not change the way to innovate.

In this paper,to raise public financing mode network developments

systematically introduced, according to its financial characteristics, mode of operation,

pattern classification, classification of implementing conditions,combined with the

development triend of domestic and international case models to judge. According to

the results of the impact of global development status of domestic factors, analyze the

feasibility of the model in China's development, identify bottlenecks in the

development of existing and analyzed, and pointed in the direction of China's

development, market segmentation can improve the public network to raise financing

model laws and regulations, and optimize marketing methods.
