摘要
近年来,我国中小私营企业在国家政策的鼓励和扶持下侠速发展,在全面市场幵发
的机遇下面临很大的挑战,独资的中小私营企业在各方面都已经不能满足企业发展的脚
步,很多中小私营企业以实行股份制的方式来促进企业进一步的发展和壮大。股份制的
出现为企业在筹集资金、提高企业运作效率和应付危机方面提供了合理保障。随着股份
制中小私营企业的蓬勃发展,股权管理成了这些企业的核心问题,传统观念的企业股权
管理已经不适用现代企业的快速发展,因此,企业的股权管理需要不断的进厅革新、改
进。

全文运用管理学、经济学等相关学科的理论知识,主要使用事实陈述法、案例分析
法和归纳总结法对张家口 G房地产公司的股权管理进行研究。论文首先简单阐述选题背
景和研究意义、研究对象和研究方法以及整体研究思路和研究框架,接着对股权管理理
论进行概述,为后续研究做铺垫。在此基础上文章从研究张家口 G房地产公司股权管理
的发展、现状、问题及成因展开。先介绍张家口 G房地产公司;接着介绍张家口 G房
地产公司股权管理的发展;分析张家口 G房地产公司股权管理的问题,进而探讨股权管
理问题形成的成因。据此,为对张家口 G房地产公司股权管理提出优化方案设计,提出
张家口 G房地产公司股权管理的总体思路,针对公司股权管理的问题及成因提出具体的
优化方案设计。最后,为张家口 G房地产公司股权管理优化方案的实施,结合成功的股
权管理要素分别从条件、原则、保障等角度来实施张家口 G房地产公司股权管理优化方
案。第六部分为结论及有待进一步研究的问题。

In recent years, with our government policies encourage and supports, the
small and medium-sized private enterprises of the country are in the rapid
development. To face the overall-opened-market environment, which is an
opportunity, also meets great challenges, sole-owned small and medium private
enterprises cannot meet he enterprise development pace, hence, many of them
use shareholding mechanism to promote the further development and growth of
the enterprises. The emergence of share-holding mechanism provides reasonable
protection in raising funds, improving the operational efficiency of enterprises
and coping with the crisis. With the vigorous development of the joint-stock
small and medium-sized private enterprise, stock equity management has
become the core issue of enterprises management. The traditional enterprise
stock management modes cannot match the rapid development of modern
enterprises, therefore, stock equity management requires to be improved.
The paper uses the theories in management science, economics and other
related disciplines, mainly using of statements of fact method, case analysis
method and summarized method to research on stock equity management of
Zhangjiakou G Real Estate Company. The paper first simply describes the
research background and significance, research object, research method, the
overall research thoughts and research framework, then gives an overview of the
management of stock equity theory, paving the way for latter research.On the
