摘 要
近年来，在经济持续发展推动私人财富快速积累的背景下，我国
财富管理市场迅速发展，财富管理业务成为银行、券商、信托公司、
保险公司等金融机构重点发展的核心业务之一。借鉴国内外优秀财富
管理经验，分析自身资源禀赋、财富管理市场特征和外部监管环境等
因素，是金融机构制定业务实施路径、发展财富管理业务的重要依据。

我国私人财富分布不均、区域差别巨大，对业务区域集中度较高的金
融机构而言，深入分析重点区域财富管理市场现状与未来发展趋势是
有效推动财富管理业务发展的基础，也是值得关注的重要问题。

本文拟以福建地区财富管理市场为样本，通过对区域市场格局、
文化特征、客户特征、客户增长趋势以及财富管理市场特征进行总结
概括，并结合国内外财富管理市场发展经验，对区域内财富管理市场
的发展趋势进行推演，为区域内金融机构财富管理的发展路径提出相
应建议。

THE RESEARCH OF STATUS QUO AND DEVELOPMENT
OF WEALTH MANAGEMENT IN FUJIAN PROVINCE
ABSTRACT
This thesis analyzed the status quo and development of wealth
management in Fujian Province. In the recent years, private wealth in
China has accumulated rapidly under the steady growth of domestic
economy. Therefore, wealth management has become the core business of
the financial server like commercial banks, securities companies, trusts
and insurance companies etc. Based on the study of quality domestic and
international wealthy management services, this article found out the
solid conclusions of how to develop the wealth management business in
financial servers, which is composed of analyzing the wealth
management market features and outside policies, as well as researching
self-assessment.
Private wealth unevenly distributed in each provinces, every area has
its special different features. Hence, studying and digging in one target
area is significant, especially for a local financial server.
