摘要

面对银欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争日益激烈的大环境,包商银行通过改革和转型,不断适应市

场需求、提高顾客满意度,在金融市场上占了有一席之地。网点转型是包商银行

在改革大道上迈出的第一步,也是在竞争环境中得以生存和发展的重要途径。

包商银行网点转型从品牌标志、网点布局、多渠道经营、岗位联动等多方面

着手,在一段时期内取得了突飞猛进的进步,得到了客户的一致认可。虽然包商

银行包头分行第一阶段的转型只是牛刀小试的开拓阶段,由于缺乏管理者的强势

推动、员工打心底对网点转型认可度不高等原因,造成网点转型后的成果大打折

扣,导致转型中好的制度和流程没有贯彻推行下去。

但是,包商银行在第一阶段的网点转型无论成功、失败,其经验教训是值得

总结和借鉴的。转型后的包商银行在硬件设施、服务质量、岗位联动、企业文化

树立等方面仍存在需要反思和改进的地方。因此,本文针对包商银行的转型成效,

结合国内、国外的先进研究理论,总结出了巩固网点转型效果的相应对策,如配

置网点资源、改善硬件设施、建立科学的管理流程、逐步树立包商银行特有的企

业文化等。效果的研究和经验的总结有助于未来包商银行转型发展的借鉴,有利

于其他类似企业的学习。

Abstract

Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the banking industry, Baoshang Bank

reform and adapt to market demand in order to improve customers' satisfaction and gain

its place in the financial market. Network transformation is the first step of reformation,

as well as the way to live and develop in the competitive environment.

Baoshang Bank carry out the network transformation from brand's signature,

distribution network, multi-channel operation, Post linkage and so on, it makes a

huge step forward and receives unanimous recognition from customers. Although the

first stage of transition of the Baoshang Bank of Baotou is just the pioneer stage of

attemptdue to lack of managers strong promotion,low of employees recognition,

making the effect discount and the good system and process completed do not carry

out.

In fact, success or failure about the first stage of transition of the Baoshang Bank,

lessons of experience is worth listening to. After the transformation of Baoshang Bank

need to improve hardware devices, the quality of service,post linkage, corporate culture

building and other aspects,therefore,this article exists in view of transformation effect,

according to advanced theories from domestic and international, putting forward some

strategies for making transformation effect more permanent, such as allocating the

resource in the district, improving the hardware facilities, establishing scientific

management process, building the BaoShang special enterprise culture, and so on. the

study of the effect and summary of experience helps BaoShang to use in the future

and other similar companies to learn.
