为进一步挖掘银行网点的潜在功能,国内多家商业银行已经就如何对网点实施精
益化管理展开了积极的研究和初步的探索。精益管理由最初的生产系统管理实践逐步
延伸到各类管理业务,通过提高顾客满意度、减低成本、提高质量、加快流程速度和
改善资本投入,促使股东价值实现最大化。具体到银行网点来说,精益管理就是结合
营业网点的特点实施精细管理,实现银行综合资源的优化配置,最大限度地发挥出不
同网点的特点,提高核心竞争力。
本文通过作者在 GD 银行苏州分行(以下简称为苏州 GD 银行)从事精益管理工
作中所面临的发展情况,结合当前精益管理发展的新趋势,针对苏州 GD 银行如何结
合自身的实际情况和特点,建立完整的激励约束机制进行论述和探讨,希望能对 GD
银行进一步提升精益管理,发挥网点在产品销售渠道和服务营销窗口的重要作用,实
现“向管理要效益”的目标提供有益帮助。

Research on Applying of Lean Management to Operation
Branches of Suzhou GD bank
Abstract
Since reform and opening up in 1979, great changes have taken place in Chinese banking
system. Especially in recent years, with further reform of Chinese financial system, the
operating environment of commercial banks is increasingly complex and the competition
between banks has intensified. Moreover, the traditional banking model suffered serious
challenges. Therefore, the domestic banking industry is actively exploring new development
model to face the potential problems. Commercial bank networks as important service window
and product sales channels; they take responsibilities in the bank's strategy transformation,
which has attracted more and more attention from the domestic commercial banks.
From now on, one of the most important and necessary step is mining the potential
function of banking networks. There are a number of domestic commercial banks have
developed positive research and preliminary exploration in order to better understand how to
implement the optimum management. Lean management has gradually extended from
traditional production system management to all kinds of wider business areas. It maximizes
shareholders value through improving customer satisfaction, reducing cost of capital,
improving business efficiency and optimizing capital structure. In the specific context of
banking networks, it means utilizing network’s strengths, optimizing the application of
resources, and maximizing each network’s unique advantage to increase its core competition.
The dissertation summarized the problems in implementing lean management of GD
bank Suzhou branch. Based on the new trend of the lean management development, Suzhou
GD bank combined its actual situation with its own characteristics, to establish incentive and
restraint mechanisms of discussion. It aimed Suzhou GD bank to further improve the optimum
management, to play an important role in product sales channels and network service window,
and then to achieve high effective and efficiency management objective.
