我国铝产业在进入21世纪后经历了一个快速发展的时期。2000-2011年,我国氧化
铝、电解铝产量的年均增长速度分别达到21%和18%。铝产业的快速发展保证了国民经
济的用铝需求,铝作为重要的基础工业原材料,广泛应用与国民经济建设各个领域,经
济景气情况直接影响着国内铝需求。目前建筑、交通、电力、机械欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司是国内矿产品需
求的四大支柱欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,占总需求的68%,这四个欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的景气情况对铝需求的影响最为重要。
而且随着市场经济的不断发展和企业经营的国际化趋势,使企业面临的各方面的竞争越
来越激烈,这不仅给企业经营带来了挑战,而且使成本控制也面临前所未有的难度。因
而必须强化市场观念,不断提高管理水平和技术水平,以增强企业综合实力,才能在激
烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。而看板管理的研究就是顺应时代形式,背景要求的一种
有效管理方式。企业在导入看板管理系统,对团队沟通有巨大的促进作用,最终会提升
企业运营管理的效率。
本论文在前任研究成果的基础上,首先,对本文的研究背景进行分析,介绍并阐述
的精益生产、看板管理、团队沟通以及企业运行管理过程中的相关文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司;其次,梳
理了精益生产、成本控制、看板管理、沟通和企业文化以及公司运营管理的相关理论基
础;再次,采用数据分析的角度对中国铝业和铝材企业的发展现状进行了定性和定量的
分析,以期望找出JY公司的突破口和优劣势;最后,结合JY公司的具体运营情况,对
企业的看板管理进行分析,剖析看板管理引入前后企业运营管理的改善情况。在最后的
结论章节,对本文进行了总结,说明了本文研究的不足之处,给出JY相关公司运营管
理的一些建议,展望了中国铝型材产业的未来发展。

Research on aluminum factory in production management -
Take vision form KanBan management
Abstract
China's aluminum industry in the 21st century has experienced a period of rapid
development. 2000-2011,the average annual growth rate of China's alumina and aluminum
production reached 21% and 18%. The rapid development of the aluminum industry to ensure
that the needs of the national economy aluminum,aluminum as an important foundation for
industrial raw materials, widely used in all areas of the national economy , the economic
boom conditions directly affect the domestic demand for aluminum .
Currently construction,transportation, electric power , machinery industry is the four
pillar industries of domestic mineral needs,68% of total demand , the impact of the situation
of these four sectors of the economy demand for aluminum is most important. Moreover, with
the continuous development of market economy and international business trends,so that all
aspects of the enterprise competition faced more intense,not only to business challenges,
and so cost control is also facing unprecedented difficulty.
On basis of the former research results,to analyze the research background,introduces
and explains the lean manufacturing, kanban management, team communication, and
enterprise operation and management of the process of relevant literature ; secondly,
combing the lean production, related to the theoretical basis in cost control,signage
management, communication and corporate culture and operational management ; using the
perspective of data analysis and the development status of China aluminum enterprises
qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify the expectations JY the company's
breakthrough,and the advantages and disadvantages ; Finally,JY company's specific
operating conditions,the enterprise Kanban management analysis,analysis of Kanban to
improve the situation before and after the introduction of enterprise operations management.
