摘要
目前农发行伊犁州分行应用的系统有综合业务系统，统计数据集中管理系
统、信贷管理系统、国际结算系统、人力资源管理系统等多个，各个系统相对独
立，州分行收集到的数据多是由各县级支行手工采集后形成不同条线的报表，汇
总后分析而成，并且是由各部门分别掌握，没有形成统一的整体。为经营决策提
供支持不足，客户市场细分不够，内部数据管理重复劳动较多，经营风险防控的
数据支持模糊。

因此本文根据农发行目前信息化建设现状以及目前推广的应用系统、网络设
备改造、光缆技术等条件，讨论了运用数据仓库技术、项目管理方法，提出了伊
犁州分行数据仓库建设的结构设计、过程管理、预期效果，以解决信息化现状存
在的问题。

management, put forward the structure design, the Yili branch of the data warehouse
construction process management, the expected effect, to solve the problem of
information status.
