但是目前我国许多中小企业对人员的重要性认识不够、人力资源管理水平有待于
提高。
做为家族式企业,山东祥麟电气有限公司在人力资源管理存在很多问题,市
场份额几年没有增长,甚至出现萎缩苗头,企业要想在激烈的竞争中继续快速发
展,解决目前企业存在的问题成为当务之急。本文采用案例和实证研究方法,通
过走进企业一线调查,系统地介绍了祥麟公司现状,并对企业管理和人力资源管
理存在的问题进行了分析,指出了企业人力资源管理问题是导致企业问题的根
源,所以祥麟公司必须重视和加强人力资源管理。
本文应用管理心理学和人力资源管理理论等管理学理论,结合企业实际存在
的问题,按照人力资源管理的流程设计了祥麟公司人力资源管理方案,重新规划
了薪酬管理方案,通过实施该方案,以达到人力资源管理和企业管理水平提升的
目的,进而促进企业的全面发展。
论文指出了祥麟公司目前企业管理和人力资源管理存在的问题并针对问题
设计了合理的解决方案,对企业提高业绩、确保企业稳定发展起到了促进作用;
同时,对其他中小企业也具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。

management needs to be improved.

or even shrinking trend, enterprises want to continue the rapid development in the
fierce competition, the enterprise problems become the urgent matter. This paper uses
the case study and empirical research method, through a survey into the enterprise,
introduces the present situation and the existing Ruida company, enterprise
management and human resource management problems are analyzed, pointed out the
enterprise human resource management is the cause of the problems of the enterprise,
so the Ruida company must pay attention to and strengthen the management of human
resources.
Based on the theory of management psychology and human resource
management theory, management science, combined with the actual problems of the
business, according to human resources management process design of human
resource management scheme Ruida company, redesign the salary management
program, through the implementation of the scheme, in order to improve the human
resource management and enterprise management, and promote comprehensive
development of enterprises.
