在知识经济飞速发展的时代,企业技术领域迎来了新的挑战和机遇,同时也对企业
管理者和员工的素质提出了更高的要求,越来越多的企业日益重视员工培训,依靠培训
创新,来增强组织的持续学习能力,进而提高员工与组织绩效,最终实现企业战略规划的
持续推进。要把公司建设成为高绩效及可持续发展的优质企业,除了在认^上加强对员
工培训的重视,更要有一套行之有效的完善的基于绩效的培训体系把培训成果转化成生
产力,推动企业更好地发展。而培训成果的转化很大程度上取决于前期对培训需求分析
的把握是否准确到位。构建与企业战略一致的基于绩效的企业培训需求分析机制,以健
全企业培训体系,不但充分体现了企业培训的存在价值,更是企业未来能深耕发展的内
动力。
本文是在经过对国内外相关文献的了解研究后,有效结合企业培训与公司绩效管理
的相关理论与实践研究,归纳总结相关有价值的研究成果,以此为理论指导,然后釆用
问卷调查的方式,对SX公司现有的培训体系进行梳理,进而深入分析SX公司培训需
求分析工作上存在的问题。在此分析的基础上,提出解决上述问题的措施和建议,再结
合公司发展的战略规划及员工职业生涯发展的需要,运用胜任特征模型,构建SX公司
基于绩效的培训需求分析机制,从而进一步完善SX公司的整个培训体系。

Abstract
The rapid development in the era of knowledge economy,technology companies ushered
in new challenges and opportunities, but also put forward higher requirements to enterprise
managers and staff quality, increasing emphasis on staff training and more and more
enterprises, rely on training innovation, to enhance organizational continuous learning ability,
thus improving employee and organizational performance. In order to put the company into a
high-performance, high-quality and sustainable corporate, in addition to strengthening the
importance of employee training in understanding, but also need a set of effective
improvement of performance-based training system for training achievements into
productivity, promote enterprise better development. The transformation of the training
depends largely on the outcome of the early grasp of the training needs analysis is accurate
place. Construction and consistent corporate strategy based on business performance training
needs analysis mechanisms to improve corporate training system, not only fully reflects the
value of the existence of corporate training, it is the driving force of the company's future
development
This article is written through the understanding of the study of the relevant literature at
home and abroad, the effective integration of theory and practice of corporate training and
corporate performance management, and summarize relevant valuable research results, as a
theoretical guidance, then using questionnaires, the SXfs existing training system to sort out,
and then in-depth analysis of corporate training needs analysis work SX Company problems.
On the basis of this analysis, the proposed measures and recommendations to solve the above
problems,combined with the need of strategic planning and employee career development of
the company's development,the use of competency models, build SX Company training
needs analysis based on the mechanism performance. Thereby further improve the SX
Company's entire training system.
