在我国社会经济转型之际,经过十五年发展的M银行提出了业务转型,明确
了自己的市场定位,决心要做服务于民营企业、中小企业和高端个人客户的银行,
这在中国商业银行界是一个创新,也是一个战略决策,它将使M银行脱胎换骨,
成为一个更有竞争力,能够更有效地为社会创造价值的银行。为了实现这一战略
转型,M银行适时地提出了 “交易融资”这一服务品牌作为实现转型的工具之一。
“交易融资”是指对生产、贸易或物流等领域内的企业,通过运用结构性短期融
资工具,釆用一种或多种产品模式,以债权、货权或其他形式做担保,在能有效
控制企业资金流、信息流和物流的前提下为企业提供的融资服务,它改变了传统
融资业务模式下民营企业融资难的顽疾,M银行也借此迅速扩大了民营企业客户
群,带动了各项业务的全面发展。
为适应交易融资业务的发展,M银行针对交易融资的特点,在原有信贷管理体
系基础上进行了改造,例如增设了业务管理机构、产品研发机构,改进了风险控
制流程,并配套了一系列管理办法。在近几年的实践过程中,交易融资管理体系
运转良好,取得了良好的市场效果,在客户心中树立了 M银行真诚、专业、严谨、
智慧、灵活的形象,有效推动了 M银行交易融资业务发展,但同时,也曾遇到了
一些困难和障碍,因此需要从实践出发,全方位、多角度的来重新审视M银行交
易融资管理体系中的得与失、总结其中的成功经验和不足,为未来M银行交易融
资业务健康快速发展,践行M银行民营企业战略提供切实可行的意见和建议。
本文以M银行交易融资管理体系为课题,借鉴现有交易融资理论,结合工作
实践,通过深入调查研究,重点关注M银行交易融资管理体系中例如管理架构、
产品方案、制度流程、人员配置、考核激励、风险防范等方面存在的问题,分析
问题存在原因,进而提出解决的方向和策略。本文侧重实践研究,对常见的银行
金融产品只做简单的概念性描述,不过多赘述。

countermeasure research of Bank M
Abstract
In the social economic transition, Bank M came up with the business
transformation, a clear positioning in the market and determined to do service for
private enterprises, small and medium enterprises and large-scaled individual customer's
after the development in fifteen years. This is not only an innovation in the field of
Chinese commercial bank, but also a strategic decision,which will make Bank M
thoroughly remould itself, and become a more competitive bank to create much value
for the society more effectively. In order to realize the strategic transformation, Bank M
put forward the idea of trade financing ” which is the service brand of supply chain
financing in good time as one of the tools to achieve transformation, thus solve the
stubborn problems of the difficulty in private enterprises financing in the traditional
business mode, make rapid expansion in the group of the private enterprises and drive
the all-round development of various business.
During the process of practicing in the development of Bank M trade financing
business recently, Bank M designed many financial service schemes to meet different
needs of customers and the requirements of risk control creatively, and have a good
effect in the market, build a sincere, professional, rigorous, wisdom, flexible image of
Bank M in the minds of customers. But at the same time, Bank M also encountered
some difficulties and obstacles, so we need to re-examine the gain and loss in products,
programs, processes, risk prevention and control system of Bank M trade financing
business from practice and different angles comprehensively, summed up the successful
experience and shortage in the development of trade financing, and put forward the
feasible operation program for the development of Bank M trade financing business and
practice of private enterprises' strategy.
The paper is based on Bank M trade financing management system, referencing the
existing financial theory of the trade financing and combining with the working practice,
find the existing problems in the development of business thorough further investigation
