面对激烈的市场竞争环境,企业一直在不断的寻求先进的制造技术和管理方法来改
善公司的运营管理以获得制造竞争力的提升。精益生产方式,作为当今世界最先进的生
产组织模式和管理方法,已被众多制造企业推广并实施,大量实践证明,精益生产可以
有效的指导企业通过持续不断的改善,降低生产成本,消除各种浪费,实现利润最大化。
精益生产起源于20世纪50年代的丰田生产模式,一直被大量的应用于汽车及配套
零部件生产企业并形成了较系统的管理改善方法。在其他欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,虽然也被引用,但只是
停留在零散的个别改善阶段,距离系统的、持续的采用精益生产指标和工具区去指导生
产活动还有一定的差距。
本文引用的PM食品公司是一家典型的快速消费品制造企业,公司自2008年导入
精益生产管理来指导生产活动以来,取得了一定的成效,但作为快速消费品企业,不仅
面临着外部市场竞争逐年加剧的问题,还面临着内部高管理成本的问题,较典型的是人
员频繁流动问题带来的生产效率低下和质量缺陷风险。所以企业必须在现有的管理基础
上进行持续改善以完善自身的管理,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
本文首先对精益生产理论产生的历史背景及精益生产方式发展历程进行了简要介
绍,并对精益生产的基础理论进行了阐述。同时介绍了精益生产的主要改善工具和方法。
精益生产的理论和方法,对当前大规模生产下的制造业管理改善具有极其重要的作用和
意义。
随后,本文以PM食品制造企业为研究对象,对企业推行精益生产的必要性及可行
性进行了分析。接着,本文对PM公司的生产管理现状进行分析,并在接下来的章节中
围绕生产当中存在的问题,讨论了企业如何创新应用精益改善工具进行生产管理的策略
并进行了应用分析。文中重点分析了基于持续改善理论的精益生产改善策略并强调企业
必须通过建立持续改善体系,系统、长效、创新的进行精益生产改进,才能帮助企业获
得竞争力的提升。
最后,进行了简要的总结。

Lean Production Management Research of Fast Moving Consumer Goods
Enterprises
Abstract
Facing the fierce market competition environment, the enterprise has been constantly
seeking the advanced manufacturing technology and management methods to improve the
manufacturing competitiveness of company. Lean production mode, as the world's most
advanced production organization mode and management methods, has been promotion and
implemented by many enterprises. A large number of practices has proved that lean
production can effectively guide enterprise to reduce production cost and eliminate all kinds
of waste through continuous improvement as well as to realize the profit maximization.
Lean production originated in the 1950s of the Toyota production mode, which has been
widely used in automobiles and related spare parts field. In other industries,lean production
only stay in scattered individual improve phase although been cited,. There is still a gap to
direct production activities by using lean production tools.
This article refer to the PM Co., Ltd which import the lean production management to
guide the production activities in 2008 and has obtains the certain result. PM is a typical fast
consumable manufacturing enterprise. As a fast-moving consumer goods company, PM not
only faced the problem of extent market competition but also the high internal management
cost. The typical problem is the frequent flow of employees which cause the low production
efficiency and quality defects. So enterprise must implement continuous improvement to
improve the management on the basis of the current management method which can be in an
impregnable position in the intense market competition.
This paper has carried on the brief introduction and expounds the basic theory of lean
production on the background of the lean production theory and the mode of lean production
development course. At the same time, paper introduced the main improvement tools and
methods of lean production.
Base on the PM companies as the research object, the necessity and feasibility of
implementing lean production are analyzed. Then, this paper analyzed the present situation of
PM company production management and discussed how to apply lean improvement tools to
solve the existing problem innovative in the following chapters .
In this paper,we analyzed lean production improvement strategy and stressed that the
enterprise can gain a competitive edge by establishing a continuous improvement system
which is long-lasing and innovative.
