摘 要
当今的中国光伏制造企业经过了 2007 年至 2010 年的飞跃性发展后，由于国
际市场对中国光伏产品的排挤，和本国产能过剩等多种原因，导致了中国的光伏
制造企业进入了一个发展非常艰难的低谷时期。而在这个时期，每个光伏企业都
必须努力提高自身的管理水平和各方面的核心竞争力，才能避免走入被淘汰或倒
闭的境地。

对于中国的光伏制造企业来说，要想提高自身管理水平，需要借助于两个重
要的管理工具，那就是 ERP（企业资源计划）和 MES（制造执行系统）。但是
无论是 ERP 还是 MES，在单独运行时有很多的不足之处，无法真正的发挥出 ERP
和 MES 的最大功效。所以，光伏企业还需要把 ERP 与 MES 两个系统进行集成，
最大可能的提升企业的核心竞争力。并帮助中国的光伏制造企业在如此残酷的环
境中生存与发展。

本文将根据光伏制造业企业情况，对以下几个方面内容进行论述研究：
(1) ERP 与 MES 在光伏制造企业的应用状况和作用调查研究。

(2) ERP 的管理理论、各模块的功能与目标和 ERP 的不足之处。MES 的管
理理论、功能与目标和 MES 的不足之处。

(3) ERP 与 MES 系统集成的必要性，以及通过两个管理系统的集成后所能
解决的问题研究。

(4) ERP 系统与 MES 系统在光伏制造企业中的实施过程研究。

(5) ERP 系统与 MES 系统在光伏制造企业中的集成方法以及所遇到的问题
研究。

(6) ERP 系统与 MES 系统集成后的效果的评估以及为企业所带来的效益研
究。

After the Photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing enterprise of China witnessed a fast
development during the period of 2007 to 2010, due to the international market
exclusion and excessive production capacity in China and for many other reasons，it
leads that Chinese photovoltaic manufacturing fall into a very hard development
off-peak period. During this period，every photovoltaic enterprise has to upgrade
their management level and core competence to avoid being eliminated and shut
down.
For Chinese photovoltaic manufacturing enterprise ， to improve its own
management level , it needs to use the two important management tools： ERP
(Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System). But
both ERP and MES have the defect when they run singly and these two systems
cannot show the best performance to us. So Chinese photovoltaic manufacturing
enterprise should integrate these two systems together and make the two systems get
the better performance and help Chinese photovoltaic manufacturing enterprise
develop in this hard period.
As the current environment of photovoltaic manufacturing, this paper analyses
the following problems：
(1) The research and analyses of the status quo of ERP and MES in Chinese
photovoltaic manufacturing enterprise.
(2) Defections of ERP management theory and functions of modules and goal
and ERP；defections of MES management theory，function and goal of MES
modules .
(3) Necessity of the integration of ERP and MES， and research the problems to
be solved after the integration of ERP and MES.
(4) The research of the ERP and MES implementation in Chinese photovoltaic
manufacturing enterprise.
(5) ERP and MES integration solution and problems research in Chinese
photovoltaic manufacturing enterprise.
(6) The effect evaluation of ERP and MES integration for the enterprise.
