科技水平的不断进步、产品生命周期的缩短、国际竞争的日益加剧、客户需求的不
断提高,在时间和质量方面对企业的创新活动提出了更高的要求。一方面企业的创新能
力成为其长久发展至关重要的核心能力,另一方面创新所需要的长期资金支持给企业经
营带来了巨大的风险和不确定性。创新团队的绩效已被公认为是创新活动取得成功的重
要驱动力,创新团队成员之间的沟通效率,是其区别于个人获得创新效果的重要特征。
创新团队成员之间的社会关系网络结构和沟通的内容是影响沟通效果的重要因素。具体
怎样的社会网络结构和沟通内容特征能够促进创新团队绩效,成为一个兼具实践和理论
研究价值的问题。
本研究将一家以创新能力见长的国际保险公司在中国分支机构的创新团队作为分
析对象,从社会关系网络的视角出发,使用社会网络分析方法和内容分析方法,建立创
新团队的社会关系网络结构特征、通过该社会关系网络所传递内容的特征与创新团队绩
效间的研究模型,对创新团队绩效及其影响因素进行定量分析。
通过分析,本研究得到了创新团队绩效与团队社会关系网络结构特征及沟通内容特
征之间的量化模型。并在此基础上提出了增进创新团队合作与绩效的三条路径:(1)降
低团队社会关系网络的密度、(2)增加团队成员沟通的联系强度、(3)促进团队成员沟
通的均衡。以此为管理实践活动提供了有利的支持。

Experimental and Strategic Research on Enhance the Cooperation Level
and Performance of Innovation Group
Abstract
Fast developments in technology, product life cycles that becomes shorter, increased
international competition, and more stringent customer demands strongly pressurize the pace
and quality of innovation activities in companies. The central role of innovation activities is
the long-term survival of companies, but at the same time, it introduces high risk and
uncertain to company operation due to the continue investment on innovation year by year.
Research shows that the performance of innovation group is key driven of the success of
innovation activities,the structure of network tie and communication content between group
members has been recognized as factor to enhance or obstruct innovation team's creative
performance. Therefore, how the structure and communication should be, becomes a problem
with value for both management practice and theoretical research.
This study takes the innovation management teams as samples, which belong to the
Chinese branch of an international insurance company be known as its ability of innovation.
From the perspective of social network tie,a theoretical model between structure of social tie,
communication content and performance of innovation team is built and examined through
social network analysis and content analysis methodology.
With the positive consequence of experimental study, there paths to achieve high level of
team cooperation and performance are addressed, namely, decreasing the density of network,
increasing the strength of communication,balancing the input and output during
communication. These practical strategies of implementing result of this study, provides
possible choice during company's day to day operation.
