来越大。其中,女性创业者以其特有的风格和魅力,在创业活动中展现出自己的才华,

取得了令人瞩目的成就。然而,目前对女性创业者在企业创业中的角色研究尚存在不足,

尤其是对女性员工为主的创业企业研究很少。本文以女性创业企业KY公司(外贸欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司)

为案例,通过文献研究法和案例研究法,对KY公司女性创业者的性格特质进行了研究,

分析了女性创业者性格特征对KY公司创业的影响,并且通过剖析女性性格特征对KY公

司创业的影响,试图总结并归纳出女性创业企业管理问题的性别原因。根据分析结果,

本文结合KY公司的现实情况,提出了有针对性的对策和建议,以期促进KY公司的发展,

并为其它女性创业企业提供借鉴。

The Influence And Solution of Personality Characteristics of Women

Entrepreneurs on Venture Enterprise: in KY,s Case

Abstract

Along with the development of science and technolc^y, social progress, women's social

status got gradually improved. From the initial entering society, participating in works, to now

more and more women are dissatisfied with their present situation and went into the

entrepreneurial area. Their contribution to society is growing. With its unique style and charm,

female entrepreneurs show thdr talent in many leading activities,and they made remarkable

achievements.

However, in China,there are still many problems of the development of the enterprises

which lead by female. Chinese female entrepreneurs is the object of this paper, and then to

research their character's impact on the entrepreneurial process. Through vising literature

research method and case research method, here we will study the personality tcmts of the

female entrepreneurs of KY-company (foreign trade industryX an^yze the

the female entrepreneurs5 personality traits on KY-company's entrepreneitrship. And, by

analyzing the influence of female personality traits on KY-company's e械repreneur^iip,to

find out why these influence exist. Combining KY company situation, pitting forward

targeted proposals, looking forward to promote the development of KY-ccwmpany and provide

references for other enterprises.
