本研究前期通过对文献的阅读梳理,以及对大学生创业者的深度访谈,刻画
了大学生先前经验的主要维度,构建出大学生创业者先前经验、企业成长潜力以
及机会创新性概念模型。采用内容分析法,从国家某重点大学生创业大赛文本库
中获得 392 份大学生创业者样本,在本研究各变量指标的衡量定义的基础上,对
项目报告文本中的数据进行提取,形成涵盖大学生创业者先前经验三个维度、机
会创新性、企业成长等指标的数据库。采用 spss 数据分析软件,通过对各变量之
间关系的处理,采用线性回归方程检验关系并用Logit回归模型进行了稳健性分析,
本研究得出的结论主要如下:(1)大学生创业者先前经验对企业成长有正向影响,
衡量大学生先前经验的三个维度,即:大学生创业者先前经历的丰富性、职能的
多样性和经验的相关性,均对大学生创业项目的成长有促进作用。(2)机会创新
性在大学生先前经验与企业成长潜力之间的调节作用并不完全成立,先前经验三
个维度中,只在大学生欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司相关的背景下,其调节作用才得以发挥
本研究丰富了先前经验中缺少单独研究大学生创业者样本的内容,并且从企
业成长的角度来验证大学生先前经验不同维度的作用,并未按社会创业者那般重
点考察企业绩效,也使得测量指标更具有说服性。本研究在实践意义上可以为大
学生创业教育工作者提供教改新的方向和思路,也帮助大学生创业者认识到在进
行新的创业项目前,需要有意识的提升哪些能力才能更好的获得投资者的青睐,
获得更多的资源,促进项目的成长

ABSTRACT
In recent years,with the aggravating of university students&39; employment structural
contradictions, combined with the government’s vigorous advocation of the “Mass
innovation and Entrepreneurship” policy, and the popularized of college students&39;
entrepreneurship education, college students&39; employment mentality have changed in
this new era, more and more college students join the entrepreneurial team. The
characteristics of entrepreneurs is not only an important factor of entrepreneurship,but
also an important decision-making sources for the future developments of new
ventures.As an important part of human capital, whether prior experience is helpful to
the growth of new ventures. Which kind of prior experience will help students to gain
more resources and investments, Whether opportunities for innovative will moderate the
relationship between prior experience and growth performance of new venture All
these problems will be further studied in this paper.
This study preliminary comb through reading of literature, and the in-depth
interviews of the college students&39; entrepreneurs, depicting the main dimensions of
college students&39; previous experience.Construct prior experience of college students
entrepreneurs , new ventures growth and opportunities of innovative models。 Based on
prior experience theory,combined with 392 data collected from College students&39;
entrepreneurship competition,this paper analysis how richness of entrepreneurial
experience,functional diversity, industry-similarity impact on enterprise growth
performance,and Whether opportunities for innovative moderates the relationship
between prior experience and enterprise growth performance.
This paper draws the following conclusions:
(1)Richness of entrepreneurial experience, functional diversity, and
industry-similarity have positive impact on enterprise growth performance.
(2)Opportunities for innovative positively moderates the relationship between
industry-similarity and enterprise growth performance.(3)Opportunities for innovative
have no effect on the relationship between richness of entrepreneurial experience,
functional diversity of experience and enterprise growth performance.
This study enriches prior experience theory , because this study makes prior
experience of college students as a separate group ,contrasting with socialABSTRACT

entrepreneurs.In addition, this paper also has a certain guiding significance to
entrepreneurship education .This study will help college students entrepreneurs realize
that the important of prior experience.Learn and accumulation from the prior experience
can obtain better favored by the investors,obtain more resources,and promote the
growth of new venture.
