随着我国改革幵放和市场经济的深入发展,中小民营企业已成为我国经济成分中最

为活跃最具生命力的一部分。他们在不断变革、创新与升级的过程中,从最初的野蛮生

长状态,逐步过渡到“有法可依,有法必依”的健康有序的商业轨道。然而,这些中小

民营企业在面临激烈的市场竞争和突变的商业环境时,经常会遇到诸多的法律问题、法

律风险与法律障碍。他们一方面因存在的法律风险带来的惨痛损失而对法律顾问有着强

烈的渴求,另一方面却又对法律能够给企业创造价值的认知度不够。

本研究希望通过对思八达企业客户群中的中小民营企业进行深入调查研究,并针对

个别较为典型的中小民营企业家做个案分析,借此挖掘出他们实际的法律需求,让中小

民营企业意识到自己的企业存在着怎样的法律风险;知道在企业运作的各个系统和环节

需要怎样的法律维护与支持;了解法律顾问或律师能够提供怎样的法律服务内容;以及

认知到通过识别风险、防范风险、管理风险、控制风险、降低转化风险等法律手段能够

为企业所创造的价值。

通过上述问题的深入探讨,能够真正在思八达企业客户群中先行构建起中小民营企

业法律平台,最终实现中小民营企业、律师欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司与思八达平台共赢的局面。

The feasibility analysis and the investigation on construction of

Sparta legal platform

Abstract

Middle and small-sized private enterprises have already been the most vigor and vitality

in the Chinese economy, with the reform and opening-up policy, and the gain momentum of

market economy. In the process of revolution and promotion, they are changing gradually

from initial savage growth to healthy and well-organized business environment where there

must be laws to go by, the laws must be observed.

However,these Middle and small-sized private enterprises have often met a lot of legal

problems and risks,when they face the fierce market competition and multiple business

environments. On one hand, they desire sincerely to legal consultant because of massive loss

by legal risks. On the other hand,they are unfamiliar with the value created by lawyers.

In the hope of the investigation and case analysis about Middle and small-sized private

enterprises as Sparta Company customers,to find their legal requirements in practice,to

realize the legal risks in their own enterprises, to know how to get legal support in the process

of enterprise operations, to understand the legal services by legal consultant or lawyers, to

perceive the legal value to control and prevent risks.

Through the above problems, Middle and small-sized private enterprises legal platform

can be built into Sparta company customers, to achieve win-win situation for Middle and

small-sized private enterprises,lawyers and Sparta Company.
