利用率,降低停机时间,降低成本并提升生产效率。传统设备管理模式有着自身特点:

设备管理依靠人为跟踪,通过“老法师”的经验来快速找到问题的根源,人员培训多数

是靠以一带一的方式手把手教出来,凭借经验解决问题,很多流程都只是在“老法师”

心中,固有“教会徒弟,饿死师父”之说。而现代设备管理方式,则要求应用n技术

带来的成果,努力掌握ITSM (服务管理)理念,完善设备管理的理论体系TES在PD公

司的应用。并将之充分应用到设备管理当中,从技术上提升设备管理的有效性和竞争力,

通过KANO小模型的分析方法,找到关键因素,以PDCA (戴明环)的方式,从制度上推

动设备管理的革新,从而可以快速完善设备管理体系,将TPM的意识推广到各生产企业

的设备管当中,并使之成为设备管理长远目标。

PD Company Equipment management Based on ITSM

Abstract

Equipment management occupies an important position and role in the company's

operational management, equipment management which can improve the utilization rate of

equipment, reduce down time,cost saving and enhance production efficiency. The traditional

equipment management mode has its own characteristics; relying oil human tracking

equipment management, through the Senior master experience to quickly find the root of the

problem, the most training method is simply to provide on-job training to teach new

employee, which depend on which level of experience to solve the problem, many processes

are only in the mind of old master'1. The church apprentice, starvation master”,Chinese

proverb. But the modern equipment management mode,requires to grasp the application of IT

technologies and benefit from it. The target is familiar with ITSM (Service Management)

concept, perfect TES application system of theory of equipment management in PD Company.

And fully applied to equipment management, from the technology improves the effectiveness

of equipment management and competitiveness, through the KANO analysis method to find

out the key factors of the problems and run in PDCA as closed loop, from the system to promote

the innovation of equipment management, which can quickly build up the solid system and

improve the equipment management system,the long term goal of equipment management is to

achieve TPM culture in PD company.
