摘要
社会经济高速发展,薪酬管理成为现代企业人力资源管理的核心内容,以及
现代企业管理的重要内容。薪酬体系设计逐渐成为建立现代薪酬管理制度的重要
组成部分和必要前提。有效科学的薪酬体系不仅能激发员工的工作主动性和积极
性,促进员工努力实现企业的目标,提高企业的效益,为企业创造更大的价值。
同时,在人才竞争日益激烈的社会环境下,也能吸引有能力、有才华的员工为企
业效力,形成稳定的企业人才储备,从而有利于企业建立起一支髙效的、有竞争
力的队伍。所以,对于任何一个企业而言,如何设计和建立一个符合企业具体需
求、设计科学合理的薪酬体系是至关重要的。这样的薪酬体系对于欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争激烈
的影视娱乐业来说,也具有十分重大的现实意义。
本文在借鉴国内外学者研究成果的基础上,结合奥斯卡升龙国际影城(公司)

的薪酬分配体系现状,对其现有的薪酬体系进行了优化设计,提出了完善奥斯卡

enterprises, social environment and at the same time can in the increasingly fierce
competition for talent, to have the ability to talented employees are willing to work for
