20世纪80年代起,许多世界先进银行在全面参考工业生产公司管理创新的

前提下,首先在银行产业进行了基于流程再造为主的管理机制变革,不断构建基

于市场与客户的业务流程,形成了扁平化、集约化、标准化、精益化的组织体系。

现在,中国商业银行处于资金限制、利率市场化、客户需求多元化的状况下,市

场竞争不断加剧,这些变化在很大程度上影响着中国商业银行的运营与发展。运

营服务作为商业银行价值得以实现的途径,已成为商业银行的一项核心竞争力。

运营流程再造是指通过流程整合,集中化、标准化、自动化处理银行后台流程,

并实现规模作业管理,通过银行端集成,非核心业务外包,共享服务中心和精益

化管理为客户提供全面完整的产品和服务体验,同时实现成本优化和风险有效防

范。

本文第一章介绍了论文研究的背景、目的、价值和意义。第二章分析了商业

银行运营流程相关概念,分析了商业银行运营流程再造的价值体现以及国内外商

业银行运营发展现状。第三章,分析中国银行河南省分行的运营现状,并通过调

查问卷的方式对中国银行河南省分行运营存在的问题进行分析。第四章,针对存

在的问题提出中国银行河南省分行运营流程再造方案。第五章,提出中国银行河

南省分行运营流程再造过程中面临的操作风险以及防范措施。

Abstract

Abstract

Since the nineteen eighties, many of the world's advanced banks in the full

reference to indus仕ial production enterprise management innovation, take the lead in

the banking industry to promote the reform of the management system for process

reengineering as the core, and gradually establish a market-oriented, customer-centric

business processes, establish flat,centralized, standardized, lean organization system.

Today,the domestic commercial banks are faced with capital constraints, the

marketization of interest rate, changing customer needs, open market competition and

other challenges, these changes have profound impact on the development of

domestic commercial banks. Service as a way to realize the value of commercial

banks, has become one of the core competitiveness of commercial banks. Business

process reengineering is refers through the process integration, centralization,

standardization, automation processing background process bank, and realize the

scale of operations management, through the bank end integration, outsourcing non

core business, shared service center and lean management experience for customers to

provide a complete range of products and services, at the same time cost optimization

and risk prevention.

The first chapter introduces the background, the research purpose and meaning,

and research ideas and methods. The second chapter, the commercial banks operating

process related concepts, analysis of the commercial banking operation process

reengineering value as well as the domestic and foreign commercial bank operation

and development. The third chapter, the operation status of the Bank of China Henan

branch, and through the way of the questionnaire on the Bank of China Henan branch

operation problems of analysis. The fourth chapter, aiming at existing problems of

Bank of China Henan branch business process reengineering scheme. The fifth

chapter puts forward facing,Bank of China Henan branch operations in the

reengineering process of operation risk and the precautionary measures.
