摘 要
在经济全球化日趋深化的今天,企业之间相互竞争的焦点聚集在人力资源尤
其是人力资本的开发使用上,人力资源管理从日常性的职能管理上,升级为企业
战略管理的重要组成部分。岗位分析和岗位评价是人力资源管理和组织管理的基
石,是薪酬管理和绩效考核的重要依据。在岗位分析和岗位评价中,结合企业战
略目标和价值导向,建立与企业匹配的岗位分析和岗位评价体系,可系统地确定
岗位之间相对价值,建立适合企业发展的岗位结构、岗位责任、岗位薪酬和岗位
绩效等制度。

本文以邯郸市农业科技贸易城农副产品批发市场的岗位体系为研究对象,首
先对市场岗位管理现状进行了全面的梳理和分析。针对现状问题,结合市场发展
战略目标和工作特性,运用岗位分析和岗位评价的基本理论和方法对市场各岗位
进行了岗位分析和岗位评价体系的设计与实施研究。其中,岗位分析采用了问卷
调查法和访谈法,岗位评价采用了要素计点法。通过岗位分析,明确、细化了岗
位职责,制定了岗位说明书,构建了市场新的岗位体系。在岗位分析的基础上,
提炼了岗位评价要素指标,建立了市场岗位等级序列,为市场岗位薪酬的构建奠
定了基础。

Abstract
In the deepening of economic globalization today, the focus of competition
among enterprises gathered in the development and use of human resources,
especially the human capital,and then Human Resource Management from the
routine functions of management, upgrade to an important part of strategic
management. Job analysis and job evaluation is the cornerstone of human resource
management and organizational management, compensation management and
performance appraisal is an important basis. In job analysis and job evaluation,
combined with corporate strategic objectives and value-oriented, we shall establish
job analysis and job evaluation system and business matching. The system can
determine the relative value between the posts, the establishment of structures for
enterprise development positions, job responsibilities, job salary and job performance
and other systems.
In this paper, The Agricultural Technology and Wholesale trade Market of
Handan City for the study of the post, the first management job market situation and
conducted a comprehensive analysis of combing. Question the status quo, with the
market development of strategic objectives and operating characteristics, the use of
the basic theories and methods of job analysis and job evaluation carried out on the
job market each design and implementation of research job analysis and job
evaluation system. Among them, the job analysis using a questionnaire and interviews,
job evaluation using a point system elements. Through job analysis, we clarified and
refined responsibilities, to develop a job description, to build a new market system.
On the basis of job analysis, job evaluation factors refined indicators, established
market positions hierarchical sequence, to build market positions pay basis.
