域的影响更是超越了人们的想象。以云计算为核心技术的数据中心架构已经
在逐渐取代传统的数据中心架构,成为企业建设或租用数据中心的新选择

在这样的背景下,企业需要一个切实有效的评估方式来衡量传统数据中心转
向云数据中心的经济性变化

本文首先从多个角度尽可能详尽的给出了目前学术界给予云计算的定
义,列出了云计算最典型的六大特点和分类方式。之后介绍了互联网企业的
概念和特点及其主要盈利模式,表明数据中心对于互联网企业的战略意义

之后阐述云计算与数据中心的关系以及基于云的数据中心相对于传统数据中
心的特点,进一步引出依托于技术的经济性内涵。在此基础上提炼出影响互
联网企业数据中心经济性的5个成本指标及2个收益指标并据此构建出经济
指标体系。最后运用指标体系对摩托罗拉移动数据中心云计算改造案例进行
深度分析,汇总归纳云计算改造后数据中心经济性的变化趋势和前提条件,
为依赖于数据中心幵展核心业务的互联网企业进行数据中心云计算升级改造
提供了评估方法。最终给出云计算数据中心只有在运营时间与服务规模达到
...一定量级后才会达到经济性提升的结论,具有现实的参考意义。.

ABSTRACT
Since the industrial revolution, Internet is the most far-reaching change. From its birth, it
is not suspended over the pace of growth. Experiencing a few times of economic recession,
now the Internet has been indispensable. By 2016, there will be 3 billion global Internet users,
this figure is close to half of the global population. The same rapid growth is IT technology, it
is often with the exponential growth, such as processing speed, bandwidth, storage capacity, etc.
Most of the development following the Moore's Law, its impact will be the size and level that
any company, industry,even country cannot ignore. In order to win broad user groups,occupy
more channels to obtain competitive advantages to gain first-mover more revenue. Internet
Corporate, playing the forefront role, make more and more enterprises begin to consider to
migrate their business into the Internet data center.
Cloud computing from 2007 into public view has developed rapidly, and its concept for
the impact of the data center is beyond people's imagination. Cloud computing as the core
technology in the data center architecture has gradually replaced the traditional data center
architecture. Building or rent a new data center, cloud based become a new choice for an
enterprise. In this context, companies need an effective assessment method to measure the
traditional data center to the cloud based data center from the economics perspectives.
Firstly, from multiple angles this paper gives much detail as possible given the current
academic definitions of cloud computing then lists out the six most typical characteristics and
classification of cloud computing. After the presentation of the Internet Corporate concept and
characteristics of its main profit model, indicates that the data center for the Internet
Corporate、strategic significance. After elaborate cloud computing and data centers relations
and cloud-based data center with respect to the characteristics of traditional data center, further
discusses the Economics content based on the technology background. On this basis, extract
the most influential indicators of the Internet economics of the enterprise data center as five
cost indicators and two indicators of income and accordingly build out the Economic Indicators
System. Finally, use Economic Indicators System for Motorola Mobility cloud computing data
center transformation case depth analysis, summarize economic trends and preconditions after
cloud computing data center transformation. Deliver an assessment method to the enterprise
whose core business rely on the data center to carry out cloud computing data centers
upgrading plan. Finally give the conclusion that only cloud computing data center reaches the
certain operation time and certain services scale then it could achieve improved economy,
which shows practical reference value for all enterprises.
