摘 要
随着中国经济的快速发展及对环境保护工作的日益重视,天然气作为一种清洁优质
的生态能源,其使用和推广对我国改善能源结构、降低污染以及推动低碳经济发展发挥
着越来越重要的作用

近年来,国家陆续出台天然气使用规划和支持鼓励政策,国内天然气欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司发展势头
迅猛,在能源结构中所占比重也在不断增加,这给天然气欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内的企业发展带来了良好
机遇,同时日益激烈的市场竞争也不可避免的给天然气企业带来巨大的挑战

M 天然气管道运输公司(以下简称“M 公司”)经过了 10 余年的稳定发展,在当前
天然气需求快速增加的市场环境下,上游气源供应不足及欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内企业竞争程度加强成为
制约 M 公司生存发展的重要因素

因此,深入研究 M 公司所面临的新形势下的机遇和挑战,综合分析外部宏观环境对
企业发展的影响,结合企业自身的优劣势,明确企业的市场定位,选择一个适合企业自
身的发展战略并加以有效实施,成为 M 公司面临的亟待解决的问题

本文通过对 M 公司的深入调查研究,运用企业战略管理、纵向一体化的相关理论和
PEST 分析、波特五力分析模型、SWOT 分析等分析工具,系统研究了 M 公司的宏观环境、
欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司环境、内部资源等内容,通过客观分析研究确定 M 公司选择纵向一体化的发展战略,
以突破产业链的单一性,考虑到环境的复杂多变性和不可控制性,针对战略实施提出保
障措施及建议,同时对战略实施的效果提出了建立评价反馈机制

本文提出的前向一体化战略与后向一体化战略并重的观点,丰富了天然气企业纵向
一体化战略理论体系,有利于深化纵向一体化战略的理论研究。本研究对 M 公司的发展
具有指导意义,对同类企业也具有一定的借鉴意义

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of economy and Chinese increasingly attach importance to
environmental protection work, natural gas as a clean and high-quality energy, its use and promotion of our
country to improve the energy structure, reduce pollution and promote low carbon economic development
has an important role.
In recent years, the state has promulgated the use of natural gas in planning and supporting
policies. The domestic gas industry, which the proportion is also increasing in the energy structure, has
rapid development momentum. This brings good opportunities for the development of natural gas industry.
At the same time, the increasingly fierce market competition brings enormous challenge to natural gas
company inevitably.
After 10 years operation, M natural gas Pipeline Company (hereinafter referred to as “M” ) has
entered a stable development stage. While the demand for natural gas is increasing rapidly, the upstream
gas is in short supply. This has become an important factor which restricts the development of M
company's survival.
Therefore, researching into the opportunity and challenge facing M company under the new
situation, analyzing comprehensively the external macro environment for the development of enterprises,
combining with their own advantages and disadvantages, clearing the enterprise market positioning,
choosing a suitable development strategy for enterprise and implementing them effectively, has become a
serious problem facing M.
In this paper, through thorough investigation and study on the M company, using the enterprise
strategic management, the related theory of vertical integration and PEST analysis, Potter's five forces
analysis model SWOT analysis and such analysis tools, it researches into the macro environment of M
company, industry environment, M company internal resources and so on. Through the objective analysis,
it determines the M company development strategy of vertical integration. To break through the singularity
of the industrial chain, considering the complexity of the environment and the possibility that could not be
controlled, it puts forward suggestion and measures to guarantee the implementation of the strategy. At the
same time, it establishes the evaluation feedback mechanism for the effect of implementation of theII
strategy.
This paper puts forward that integration strategy and backward integration strategy are both
important. That enriches the vertical integration strategy theory system of natural gas enterprise. That will
also help to deepen the theoretical research on vertical integration strategy. The research has the guiding
significance for M company. It also has certain reference to similar enterprises.
