本文以H公司为研究对象,H公司正处于转型发展、跨越发展的关键时期,
正在逐步形成以国内、国际为两大目标市场,企业的发展除了资金、技术外,对
人才的需求显得更为迫切,人才资源匮乏的问题显得尤为突出,如何打造一支能
够引领和支撑企业转型跨越发展的高素质人才队伍,是摆在集团公司面前的重要
战略任务。因此,本文将综合运用工商管理相关理论和相关工具进行分析和研究,
通过对H公司人才环境进行分析,发现公司在人才建设方面所面临的机遇和挑
战,采用科学的研究方法和管理理论,系统性地梳理公司人力资源建设相关战略
和规划,结合所面临的实际环境,探讨公司未来的人才战略
