用无气喷涂设备的发展现状,并就政策环境、资源能力、渠道策略、
渠道优化、渠道建设等方面进行全面的分析。从渠道优化的角度分析
中国建筑用无气喷涂设备市场的需求特点。在现阶段,以公司现已具
备的条件,制定准确有效的渠道优化的策略和方案,以适应特有的市
场环境,从而推动和提升固瑞克无气喷涂设备在中国大陆业务的发展
和增长。

Abstract: In recent years, China's construction decoration industry
maintained growth rapidly with China's continuous and quick economic
growing. Revised application process and technology innovations are
constantly emerging. But labor shortages are becoming a serious problem
in China.Gracocompany belongs to Graco Inc.,which is a US
publiccompany. Though the company entered China market over ten
years, but it still should optimize its market channel of China market to
get more market share and profit from China market in the future. So it is
so necessary to make analysis and optimization for building and
developing market channel in China.
The thesis provide a comprehensive analysis for Graco construction
airless sprayer development by the macro and micro environment, the
government policy, resources and capabilities, channel strategy, channel
optimization, channel building way. And analyze the market demand of
China construction airless sprayer by channel optimization. Depending on
existing situation and conditions, make accurate and effective channel
optimization strategies and programs to adapt to the unique market
environment, extend and increase the development and growth of Graco
airless sprayer business in China.
