本文选取了笔者任职的 S 阀门公司研发管理体系作为研究对象,探讨如何
构建高效的研发管理体系。笔者从公司的实际出发,根据笔者的实际工作经验,
结合相关管理学的基本原理,对 S 阀门公司的产品战略、组织结构、研发流程
和研发人力资源管理等现状作了详细分析,对其中每一模块存在的问题进行分
析及优化。希望通过对本论文的研究,能为 S 阀门公司或国内企业的研发管理
提供一些借鉴

With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasingly fierce
competition, the weakness in core technology, innovation ability etc. of domestic
enterprises is becoming more and more obvious. However, R&D capability is
closely related to enterprise development and is the foundation of company’s
survival and growth. At present, the performance of R&D management in Chinese
companies is not optimistic. There are still some weak points in R&D management.
In actual R&D management activities, it lacks high efficient R&D management
system which conforms to company’s own character. For a company, to survive and
develop in the environment of fierce market completion, the existing problems in
R&D management must be highlighted. These problems have been evolved into a
bottleneck to company growth. In order to resolve these problems, the key is to
establish a high efficient R&D management system.
The author selects own company, S Valve company, as an object to explore how
to create high efficient product R&D management system. Starting from the reality
of S Valve company, referring to author’s practical working experience, combining
some management knowledge and principles, to analyze the status quo of product
strategy, organization structure, R&D process and R&D HR management, all of the
problems in each module are analyzed and optimized in detail. Hope that by study on
this thesis, it can be some valuable reference to S Valve Company or domestic
enterprises in terms of R&D management.
