摘要
广西的高速公路发展相较于国内其他省份起步较晚,而对于服务区的经营模式的相
关研究伴随着高速公路的经济发展较其他省份晚。然而,发展较晚的优势在于可以借鉴
省外发展经验。虽然,广西借鉴省外模式的过程中,把发展的烦恼也一并带来,省外高
速公路成品油企业自身的发展战略过度依赖于政府的规划与发展,但广西区内借助了高
速公路管理局的政企制度的改革,将省外较为独立的多种经营模式进行整合,取得一定
成绩的同时,也存在某些影响发展的问题

本文通过对区内欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司发展的现状及特征迸行调查分析,利用战略管理的分析、统计
等科学的方法,从定性或定量的角度来对高速JT石化公司的外部环境和内部环境状况
进行剖析,针对存在的问题,为公司未来的发展制定发展路线,提出发展战略,发展方
向的思路

ABSTRACT
Comparing with the other provinces within China, the development of Experssway in Guagnxi is
relatviely late’ the correlation studies on the managenment model of the service area are also relatively late.
The advantage of relatively late is able to draw a lesson from other province's experience.
But during quotating experience from outside province, we also drew the developmental troubles from
them.The development strategy of Expressway refined oil enterprise outside are too much depending on the
government's planning and deveIopment.But Guangxi drew the support from the government-enterprises
policy reform of Highway Administration to intergrate the independent multifunction management model
of the other provinces. Some achievements have been made at the same time, but there are also some
problems that impact the de-velopment.
This paper by using the scientifc methods such as strategy management and statistic analysis to
investigate on the current development situation and characteristics within Guangxi Province, analyse the
external and internal environment of Expressway JT Petroleum and Chemical Company qualitatively and
quantitatively to discover the company's defects. Constitute a future develpoment route and development
srategy and direction for the company.
