企业的发展是国家经济发展的源动力,企业上市不仅可以促进社会资本聚集,而

且可以实现资源的优化配置,推动现代企业制度的建立。上市公司已经成为国民经济

实现可持续发展的主体,研究上市企业可持续增长能力,可以帮助管理者找到不可持

续发展的因素,找到可以实现可持续发展的新道路。对企业而言可以改变企业的市场

地位;对投资者而言,可以找到正确的投资对象;对政府及相关部门提供政策参考;

对国家而言会增强国家的经济发展,提升国家的综合国力;同时改变我国企业在国际

市场上的形象。

本文主要使用了数据包络分析方法(DEA),该方法属于一种非参数估计方法,因

其内生各指标的权重,避免了主观性,具有很强的可操作性,在研究中受到的束缚较

少,能够较为容易地评价多投入和多产出情况,通过该方法不仅可以界定评价的各主

体的有效性,而且从资源利用的角度可以指出调整的方向和数量。

本文借鉴了大量理论、文献,先用EXCLE表把搜集到的大量数据进行筛选分类总

结,选出所需要的样本,然后依据能力组合模型找到合适的指标,构建指标评价体系。

最后根据DEA分析方法,利用DEAP软件对数据进行处理,从结果中找到存在的问题,

并提出建议。

研究结论表明:利用能力组合模型建立的指标体系,通过DEA方法进行能力评价

研究的思路是可行的,做出的结果与企业的发展现状相类似,从中发现的问题,比如

每股净收益率低、投入产出比率低等问题,也是rr企业中普遍存在的。本文研究的

目的就是找到方便、实用的评价可持续发展能力的方法,对已经上市和即将上市的公

司,实现可持续发展有一定的借鉴意义。

ABSTRCT

Enterprise^ development is the driving force of national economic development,

listed companies can not only promote the social capital accumulation, but also can

achieve the optimal allocation of resources, promote the establishment of the modern

enterprise system. Listed companies have become the main body of national economy

sustainable development, study the listed enterprise sustainable growth ability, can help

managers to find the unsustainable development factors, find a can realize the sustainable

development of new roads. Can change for the enterprise to enterprise's market position;

For investors, can find the correct investment object; Provide policy reference for the

government and related departments; For countries will strengthen the country's economic

development, enhance the country's comprehensive national strength, and change the

image of the our country enterprise in the international market.

This paper uses the data envelopment analysis (DEA), belongs to a kind of

non-parametric estimation method, this method because of its endogenous the weight of

each index, avoids the subjectivity, have very strong maneuverability, under the constraints

of less in the study, can more easily evaluate multiple input and multiple output case, by

this method can not only define the evaluation of the effectiveness of the different parts,

and can adjust the direction of the points from the Angle of resource utilization and

quantity.

The theory uses a large number of this paper and literatures, with EXCLE table put a

large amount of data collected by the first screening classification summary, pick your

samples, and find a suitable portfolio model based on performance index, build the index

evaluation system. Second is based on the DEA analysis method, using the DEAP software

for data processing, the problems found in the results, and Suggestions are put forward.

Study conclusion shows that the ability combination model is used to establish index

system, through the DEA method ability evaluation research idea is feasible, the results

and the similar enterprise development present situation, find the problems, such as Per

share earnings yield is low, the input-output ratio is low,it is generally exists in enterprise

IT, find a convenient and practical method for the assessment of sustainable development
