军队A医院始创于1943年,现属于云南省三甲医院。随着国家医疗市场经济
的发展和医药体制改革的不断深入,市面上出现了很多的外资医院,民营医院,
中外合资医院等。它们拥有先进的诊疗设备、先进的医疗技术和先进的管理理念。
作为军队A医院来说,不但面临着部队的缩编,面临着地方公立医院的竞争,同
时,也正面临着其他新进入者的竞争。要想不断提升自己的竞争优势,始终保持
三甲医院的地位,不断满足老百姓由单纯的诊疗需求逐步向医疗保健预防服务需
求的过度,必须拥有一支稳定、高效、高质的医疗团队。因此,军队A医院如何
创造一个良好的工作环境;如何有效的引进、培养、使用编外优秀人才;如何充
分调动他们的积极性,始终保持军队A医院在医疗欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的稳定发展,便成为军队
A医院人力资源管理中急需解决的问题之一。为此,本文就军队A医院编外医务
人员职业生涯管理进行研究。
本论文主要运用理论研究和实例分析相结合的方法。首先,简要介绍论文的
选题背景、研究目的与意义、研究内容和研究方法。其次,对职业生涯管理的基
本理论、军队医院编外医务人员职业生涯管理现状及实施的意义进行简要的概述;
再次,从军队A医院可持续发展的角度出发,对军队A医院编外医务人员的职业
生涯现状和存在的问题做全面的分析;最后,理论结合实例探讨军队A医院编外
医务人员职业生涯管理中应遵循的原则和一些相应的改进意见,为军队医院的发
展提供借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
The army A hospital was founded in 1943,which belongs to the top three hospitals
in Yunnan Province。With the development of the national health care market economy
and the deepening of the reform of medicine, there are many foreign hospitals,private
hospitals and foreign joint venture hospitals. They have advanced diagnostic equipment,
advanced medical technology and advanced management concepts. As an army hospital
A,it is not only facing with the drawdown of troops, facing competition in the local
public hospital, and at the same time, is also facing other new entrants to the
competition. In order to improve their competitive advantage, and always maintain the
status of the top three hospitals continue to meet the people growing the high level of
quality medical and preventive health care services needs, you must have a number of
high-quality, high-tech medical personnel, and able to give full play to their enthusiasm,
initiative and creativity. Therefore, how to create a hospital high quality, high
efficiency, low power consumption, the work environment; to how effective
introduction of supernumerary talents, personnel training, and use of personnel and
retain qualified personnel, will become an urgent problem in the army hospital A
Human Resource Management. Therefore, this paper discusses the army hospital A
supernumerary medical staff career management. This thesis use the theoretical studies
and examples of analysis of the combination of the methods. First, it is a brief

content, research methods, and the paper innovative ideas. Second, it is a brief overview
of the basic theory of career management, career management status of domestic public
hospital medical staff and implementation significance; Next, from the point of view of

career status and problems does a comprehensive analysis. Finally, it is the theory with
examples of the principles to be followed in the career management of the medical staff
