十一五期间,我国磷肥工业取得了巨大发展,2006年实现磷肥自给,2010

年产能过剩20%,2010年后还在持续增加的产能进一步加剧了欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的竞争,在行

业利润普遍偏低甚至亏损的背景下,各磷肥生产企业纷纷采用各种先进手段提高

管理水平和运营效率,提升自己的竞争力,EAM作为面向资产密集型企业的设

备管理信息化解决方案,在云南云天化国际化工有限公司红磷分公司得到深入

应用并取得阶段性实效。

本文内容分为五个方面,第一部分叙述了本课题的选题背景、分析意义、国

内外开发研究的现状、本课题所采用的分析方法。第二部分对支撑本课题的设备

管理理论、设备管理发展趋势与主要业务,EAM的应用趋势作综述,并分析云天

化国际红磷分公司信息系统应用所处的发展阶段。第三部分系统分析了云天化国

际红磷分公司设备管理的特点、存在的不足及实施EAM建设的系统需求,介绍

了建设投用的EAM系统及其设计机构。第四部分用设备管理理论与发展趋势、

EAM应用趋势对云天化国际红磷分公司EAM建设与应用的适应性、科学性进行

分析,总结应用经验和分析存在问题,本文最后对正在准备实施EAM和已在应

用EAM的企业提供了五条结论性建议。

文章的基本结论是,实施应用好EAM系统,卓越的硬件和网络设施、成熟

的软件产品是基础,先进的管理思想是灵魂,准确规范的数据是关键,不折不扣

的执行力是保障。在先进的管理思想引导下,保基础、抓关键、促保障多措并举

联动下,企业对装置设备的控制能力得以提高,设备利用率的提高带来固定费用

摊薄、单位成本下降,利用率提高相对应非计划停机减少,同步又带来维修成本

降低、库存降低,企业设备管理相关人员可将精力投入到更精益的设备管理中,

促使企业设备管理工作走向更良性的轨道。最后作EAM应用趋势展望,将移动

通讯技术、状态监测技术应用于EAM系统。

ANALYSIS ON APPLICATION OF EAM

ABSTRACT

During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, Phosphate fertilizer industry has made

tremendous development in China. Excess production was over 20% in 2010. under

the background of low profits or even losses, Phosphate fertilizer production

enterprises had to adopt all kinds of measures to improve the level of management and

enhance their competitiveness. EAM has been widely applied and achieved initial

results in Yunnan Yuntianhua International Chemical Co., Ltd ( YTHIC for short).

This article is divided into five parts, the first part describes the background and

the significance of analysis、the domestic and foreign research on this topic. The

second part describes the theory and development trend of equipment management, the

development trend of EAM, and has analyzed the development stage of information

system of YTHIC. The third part has analyzed the characteristics of the equipment

management of YTHIC, the problems on equipment management, and the system

requirements of the EAM construction, introduced the system structure has been built.

The fourth part analyzes the adaptability and scientificity of the YTHIC’s EAM

construction and application, based on the theory and the development trend of

equipment management. In the end, tihds paper provides five conclusions advice for

enterprise which is preparing to construct EAM or has applied the EAM.

For construction and application of EAM system, the fundamental conclusion of

the article is, hardware facilities and software product is the foundation,advanced

management ideas is the soul,the data is the key, the executive power is the guarantee,

under the advanced idea's guidance, Enterprises improve the ability to control the

device by the way of building up a solid foundation, enhancing ability to ensure and

Grasping the key. Along with the increase of the utilization rate of equipment came an

increase in output,狂 decrease in unit costs and fixed costs, on the other hand,High

utilization rate drive the cost of repairing down, equipment manager can spend more

time on improving the skills,The management of equipment will enter a more benign

orbit. Finally,the paper prospects the trends of EAM application, Mobile

communication technology and condition monitoring techniques will be used in the

EAM system in the future.
