摘要
随着消费市场需求的多样性，以及企业间竞争的不断加剧，企业只有快速将新产品
的方案转化为产品，才能牢牢的占据市场。因此新产品的开发导入，决定着企业的生存
和发展。协同设计作为项目管理的应用方法，应用于新产品的开发导入阶段，将有助于
加快新产品的生产和上市速度，同时会大幅缩短研发成本
协同设计是对产品及其相关过程进行协同、集成化处理的系统方法和综合技术。它
要求研发人员初始阶段就考虑产品全生命周期内的各阶段的因素，强调各部门之间的协
同工作，通过有效的信息交流，综合考虑各相关因素的影响，使后续阶段可能出现的问
题在研发初期就被发现并被解决，从而使产品在设计阶段就具有良好的可制造性、可装
配性等方面的特性，最大限度减少设计过程中出现的流程往返，缩短设计、生产准备和
制造的时间
本文首先对背景进行分析，说明了在索尼内部实施协同设计的必要性。对协同设计
的理论进行了介绍和追溯，说明了协同设计和传统设计模式之间的区别和优势。运用
ASME 法和作业成本法对索尼 LCD 产品现有的研发流程和协同设计流程进行评估，找
出问题点所在，利用协同设计的理论对现有的流程进行修正。同时在索尼 LCD 产品实
施协同设计，必须从管理和技术两个方面入手。在管理方面，成立协同设计团队、实施
动态的进度管理；在技术方面，建立适合协同设计的信息共享平台和全面提升企业的信
息安全。最终的目的是在索尼 LCD 产品在设计初期综合考虑到制造、品质等相关因素，
加快新产品的研发，降低研发成本

Abstract
With the diversity of customer demand and increasing competition among enterprises,
the company is required quickly to bring new product solution into products, and transferred
to the manufacturing center for mass production, we call it new product introduction.
Cooperative design is the process of cooperation and related products; it is an integrated
system approach and integrated processing techniques. It requires product developers taking
into account the product life cycle stages of the factors from the beginning, and stress on all
departments work together. Through the establishment of effective mechanisms for
information exchange and communication, the designers consider all relevant factors, making
the subsequent part of problems that may occur in the early stages of the design, so that the
product has good manufacturability, well assembling. It can shorten the production design
and preparation time.
It’s very important and crucial for Sony to apply synergistic design through the analysis
of company situations. I tried to introduce the theory and thinking way of “synergistic”
design, and concluded the advantages of synergistic design comparing with “traditional”
design. I also tried to use ASME method and ABC tools to identify improvement
opportunities for the synergistic design process of Sony and finally optimize its synergistic
design process. The implementation of synergistic design should focus on technical and
management aspects. As for management, Sony will need to build up the synergistic design
team and apply dynamic management thoughts. As for technical aspect, Sony will need to set
up a suitable information sharing platform for the synergistic teams and ensure information
security at the same time. The synergistic design arms at shortening product design and
development lead time, reducing product design related cost and considering of design for
manufacturing and quality.
