摘要

项目管理和流程优化的目的在于提高质量,降低成本,控制时间和柔性,它们是企

业竞争力的根本源泉。随着消费者需求多元化,和消费者价值判断的差异化,企业选择

釆取定制的制造模式来满足消费者的需求。基于定制产品的项目管理和流程优化,越来

越多地受到了学术界的关注,也成为从事定制产品生产企业所需面对的新挑战。

T公司作为总部位于瑞士的实验室自动化仪器生产的领先企业,其提供的实验室自

动化定制产品与一般的制造业定制产品相比,具有更高水平的定制化程度。由于这种产

品一对一的个性化定制特点,使得其在中国的生产遇到了一系列的问题。T公司目前亟

需解决的问题之一就是如何快速地响应用户的需求,同时提高质量和降低成本,这些问

题也是该欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司中众多企业共同需要面对的。本文以T公司的定制产品项目管理和业务流

程为研究对象,根据T公司的企业特点和产品特征,运用项目管理和流程优化以及产品

定制的理论和方法,对T公司原有的项目管理和业务流程进行了分析;并且对T公司现行

的项目管理和业务流程的问题做了诊断。本文选择从T公司项目管理的改进,定制项目

业务流程优化等方面,结合T公司的生产实践进行了深入的探索。通过对T公司定制产品

项目管理流程优化的研究,不仅为T公司中国分部同时也对公司瑞士总部提高定制产品

的响应速度和客户满意度提供了新思路和新办法,希望对整个实验室自动化欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司共同发

展具有借鉴意乂。

Abstract

The purpose of project management and process optimization is to improve the quality

of products and the production flexibility, reduce the cost and save time. They are

fundamentally the source of the competitiveness of enterprises. As consumers demand

differentiation, and consumers' value judgments differ, the enterprise should provide

customized products to meet the requirements of the consumers. How to realize project

management and process optimization in product customization has become a research topic

of great significance. And it is also a big challenge customization manufactories have to face.

The laboratory automation products which T company is providing are high level

customized products. Sometimes the product is produced just for one customer. T company

met a series of problems when they pushed the customized products to the market in China.

The most important thing is how to quickly respond to the requirements of customers, and

provide customized products with high quality and low cost. Actually all the enterprises in

this industry have to face these problems. This paper takes T company customization product

project management and business process as the research object. According to the

characteristics of the enterprise and the product, using the theory and method of project

management and process optimization, the paper analyzed T company project management

and the original business process and found out the solutions. After that the paper indicated

the whole practice in project management and process optimization. The result of all these

practices is positive. So this paper could provide new ideas and methods for project

management and process optimization to both T company's headquarter and other companies

in this market.
