本文以现代的企业管理理论、战略人力资源管理理论为理论基础,通过对中
国银行巴彦淖尔分行的历史沿革、人事制度变化、内外部环境进行分析,结合当
前工作中遇到的问题等,总结出中行巴彦淖尔分行必须进行人力资源改革的观点。
中国银行巴彦淖尔分行通过进行人力资源改革,从而建立起符合当前市场经济要
求的用人、留人、育人的机制,以此来改变中行巴彦淖尔分行现状,获得良好业
