摘要
自上个世纪50年代,世界上第一个现代意义的主题公园一迪斯尼乐园的出
现并取得了成功,以迪斯尼的成功为样板,主题公园在世界各地得到快速发展
截止到目前为止,西方发达国家和地区的主题公园已经发展经营的比较成熟并
处于领先的水平。而中国的主题公园出现较晚,1989年9月21日开业的深圳
锦绣中华是标志,此后,中国各地如雨后春笋般涌现出各式各样的主题公园
如苏州的苏州乐园、北京的世界公园、开封的清明上河园、成都的国色天乡、
芜湖的方特欢乐世界等,都己达到了较高的水平
虽然现在国内有不少经营较好的主题公园,但是,这依然无法掩盖国内现
有主题公园的经营现状,过度竞争、缺乏前期可行性研究、主题缺乏新意,产
品缺乏创新等问题导致绝大多少的主题公园亏损。目前,国外对于主题公园的
研究已经比较深入,研宄的内容不仅有对主题公园发展状况的简单介绍,而且
对主题公园发展的影响因素、客源市场、相关的数理模型、旅游者及行为和区
位效应等进行了研究;而国内的相关研究还比较少,最近几年主题公园的投资
热潮再度兴起,引起了较多学者的研宄兴趣。国外的研究比较注重选址对于主
题公园的影响,而国内则注重经营管理和营销,这也就导致了不同的发展结果
本文正是出于这方面研宄需要的考虑,利用GIS (地理信息系统)技术对
主题公园的选址进行系统研究。文章首先对国内外相关理论研宄进行回顾,主
要是针对主题公园等概念进行界定,并对相关的理论模型进行研宄;其次,分
析主题公园选址的影响因素,并构建理论模型,进行指标体系因素的权重分析;
再次,利用GIS技术对选址进行空间优化路径的操作;最后,选择青岛市的三
个主题公园,对其选址进行分析。本文对选址中的影响因素进行研宄,建立理
论模型和指标体系,通过利用GIS技术对影响因素进行空间分析,得出最优的
结果。并对己建成经营的几个主题公园进行分析。希望本文的研宄能够对我国
主题公园选址的理论研究有所裨益,对国内相关的选址社会实践具有借鉴意义

ABSTRACT
The first modern theme park of the world—Disneyland emerged and succeed in
the 1950s. Then according to the successful type of Disneyland, The theme park
developed quickly all around the world. The theme parks of North America and
Europe have become full-fledged and stayed in the leading level. However,
Shenzhen Splendid China park founded on September 21,1989, it marks the birth of
the theme park in China.. Due to a huge demonstration effect led by Shenzhen
Splendid China park, Under the temptation of huge economic benefits, all kind of
theme parks emerged in China. For example, Suzhou fairyland , World Park in
Beijing, Hangzhou fairyland, Song City, Kaifeng Millennium City , Chengdu
Aromatic and Wuhu Happy World etc. These are in a relatively high level.
Although there are many run well theme parks in China, we couldn't ignore the
overall operating condition in China: excessive competition, lack of preliminary
feasibility study,theme lack of creativity, products are lack of innovation and a
single profit growth point etc. These problems led to primary theme parks run in loss,
few are at a profit. At present, foreign research more in-depth for the theme park.
The content of the research is not only on the simple introduction of the development
of theme parks, but also for tourists and behavior of tourist market and area related
to the mathematical model of the influence factors of theme park development and
location effect were studied. On the contrary domestic related research is less .With
the theme park investment boom of recent years rise again,it has attracted many
scholars research interests. Foreign research is more pay attention to the influence of
the location for the theme park, and domestic focuses on business management and
marketing, this has led to the development of different results.
Taking the need into consider,this paper take advantage of GIS (geographic
information system) technology to study theme park site selection. First of all, to
review relevant theoretical research at home and abroad, mainly aimed at defining
the concept of the theme park,and the related theory model for research. Secondly,
analysis of influencing factors on site selection of the theme park, and build a
theoretical model, the weight of index system of factors analysis. Then , using GIS
technology to spatial location optimization path. Finally, choose three theme park of
Qingdao. analyzes its location. In order to improve the reliability and validity of the
research, this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research hierarchical
analysis.
This paper studies the influence factors of location selection, theoretical model
and index system,by using GIS spatial analysis was carried out on the influence
factors, it is concluded that the optimal results. To analyze several theme parks have
been built and are in operating. I Hope this research can provide some assistance to
the theme park location theory research in China, the significance of reference to the
domestic related site selection of social practice.
