摘要
物流企业作为物流业的主要组成部分，对国民经济发展起到了助推器的作用。然而，
物流企业规模偏小，企业管理效率低，业务功能比较单一，抗风险能力低，在面对如美国
次贷危机的冲击，难以可持续发展。产业集群作为一种重要的生产组织创新模式，不仅能
增强集群抵抗风险的能力，还可以实行产业集群治理，产业集群及集群内企业得以可持续
发展。但是有关物流企业发展方向及物流企业集群可持续发展的评价指标体系的研究至今
鲜有。因此，研究物流企业集群可持续发展指标评价体系具有重大的理论与现实意义
本文大体从三个方面来分析物流企业集群可持续发展指标评价体系。首先，介绍了研
究的背景与意义，对国内外有关物流集群研究、产业集群可持续发展研究的研究现状进行
了评述，以找到本文的研究出发点与创新点。然后，在概述有关物流产业集群定义、特
征、形成机制与发展机制，可持续发展定义、产业集群可持续发展内涵与发展目标的基础
上，进一步探讨了物流企业集群化的必要性与可行性，以及物流企业集群可持续发展的优
势与发展模式。最后，在国内外相关文献和访谈调查的基础上，从支持条件、发展现状与
协调性等三个方面构造了物流企业集群可持续发展指标评价体系，采用模糊综合评价方法
构建了模糊综合评价模型，并以宁波市某一物流企业集群为例进行了实证研究，以检验物
流企业集群可持续发展指标评价体现的科学性与可行性
论文从理论与现实视点出发，提出了物流企业集群可持续发展指标评价体系，希望能
为诸如物流园区的管理部门在评价物流企业集群可持续发展与提供政策支持方面，提供一
定的决策参考；同时也希望为物流企业集群内的企业进一步提升可持续发展能力，提供一
定的指导作用

Abstract
As the chief assistant of logistics industry, logistics companies have played a booster role of
the development of national economics. Nevertheless, when facing with the shock of US mortgage
crisis, it is very difficult for the logistics companies’ sustainable development because of the small
scale, low management efficiency, single business function, weak ability of resisting risk. As an
important and innovative model of organizing production, industrial cluster boasts such strong
points as resisting risk, and governing industrial cluster for the inner firms’ sustainable
development. However, few existing literatures about the studies on the issues of the development
of logistics company & its evaluation index system of logistics companies’ sustainable
development can be found. Thus, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study them.
This paper analyzes the evaluation index system of logistics companies’ sustainable
development from three perspectives. Firstly, it expounds background & significance of the
research, reviews and summarizes the current research status of the logistics cluster, industrial
cluster’s sustainable development to hunt the researching starting point and innovation point. Then,
On the basis of outline of the concept, characteristic, formation and development mechanisms of
logistics industry cluster, and the concept of sustainable development, the connotation and
objective of industrial cluster’s sustainable development, this paper further to discuss the necessity
and feasibility of logistics enterprises clustering. Lastly, basing on the previous studies, interview
and survey, we construct the evaluation index system of logistics companies’ sustainable
development from the perspective of support condition, development status and compatibility. And
we also built the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with the method of fuzzy comprehensive
evaluation to research empirically to verify the scientificness and practicability of evaluation index
system as an example of some logistics company of Ningbo City.
From the view point of theory and reality, this paper brings forth the evaluation index system
of logistics companies’ sustainable development, we hope this can provide certain decision-making
reference for management sector of logistics park to evaluate logistics company’s sustainable
development and give policy support. We also hope this can give some guidance for the inner
company of logistics company cluster to further upgrade the ability of sustainable development.
