摘 要
在企业管理中,人力资源管理是重中之重,而企业内部激励机制在人力资
源管理中又占据了十分重要的地位
本文在剖析晋江市中小型服装企业激励机制现状以及存在问题的基础上,
对晋江市中小型服装企业的激励机制建设进行探讨,最后以晋江市万兴制衣公
司为例,结合公司管理制度研究其激励制度及提升策略。研究发现,由于传统
管理理念的影响,晋江市中小型服装企业对内部激励机制的认识存在很大的误
区,多数企业将激励等同于奖励,导致与国内同行相比较,薪酬制度不合理、
不具备竞争力;目标激励不明确,员工没有发展方向;公开、公平原则没有落
实,晋升激励体系混乱
调查结果显示,部分晋江市中小型服装企业已经意识到其激励机制存在的
诸多问题,并积极进行自我完善,表现为一些企业以现代激励理论为指导,从
形象激励、情感激励、需要激励、心智激励、信心激励和赏识激励六个方面分
别进行激励机制建设,尽管这些努力还很稚嫩,但不可否认,也取得一定成效
结合万兴制衣公司管理制度的研究发现,可能是观念问题,或是经验的问
题,即使是万兴制衣公司是晋江市中小型服装企业中激励机制相对完善的企业,
其内部激励机制的建设仍然存在很大的改善空间,其形象激励、心智激励、赏
识激励基本空缺
总体上,中小型服装企业内部激励机制的建设必须综合考虑企业内外部环
境各种因素,大到国内环境、当地文化,小到员工结构、员工心理,全面、综
合、系统的考虑,才能制定出科学的、具备激励效果的内部激励机制

Abstract
In enterprise management, human resources management is the best priority,
while the enterprise internal incentive mechanism in human resource management
plays a very important role.
Based on the analysis of Jinjiang small and medium-sized garment enterprises
incentive mechanism current situation and problems, discusses the construction of
incentive mechanism of Jinjiang City, the small and medium-sized garment
enterprises, finally taking Jinjiang Wanxing garments company as an example, to
study the incentive system and promotion strategy combined with the company's
management system. Study found that, due to the influence of traditional
management philosophy, there is a big misunderstanding of Jinjiang City, small and
medium-sized garment enterprises realize incentive mechanism on the inside, the
majority of enterprises will be equal to the reward incentive, resulting in comparison
with domestic counterparts, the salary system is not reasonable, not competitive;
target incentive is not clear, the staff did not open, the direction of development; the
principle of fairness are not implemented, the promotion incentive system confusion.
According to the results of the survey, many problems have been aware of the
incentive mechanism of the Jinjiang small and medium-sized garment enterprises,
and actively improve themselves, for some enterprises to the modern incentive theory
as the guide, incentive, emotional incentive from the image, need motivation,
motivation, confidence and mental incentive appreciated incentive from six aspects:
the incentive mechanism construction, although these efforts are still very young, but
undeniable, also achieved some success.
Based on the Wanxing garment company management system may be found,
concept, or experience problems, even Wanxing garments company is relatively
perfect incentive mechanism of the enterprises in Jinjiang City, small and
medium-sized garment enterprises, the construction of its internal incentive
mechanism still has space to improve greatly, its image, mental incentive, incentive
appreciate and encourage the basic vacancy.
On the whole, the construction of internal incentive mechanism of small and
medium-sized garment enterprises should consider the internal and external
environmental factors, the domestic environment, the local culture, small toIII
employees, employees' psychological structure, overall, comprehensive, system
considerations, in order to develop scientific, internal incentive mechanism with
incentive effect.
