ABSTRACT
China's current growing number of government departments to implement performance
management, reflect the scientific concept of development through the establishment of
government performance management system requirements, this article is to discuss the
theory advanced by a comparative study of government performance management indicators
elaborated system construction theories, the actual situation of the S sector, study and
propose a scientific construct S department of government performance management
indicators specific measures, tiie actual operation of government departments to build the S
index system of performance management, and proposed the implementation of security
recommendations.
Stage, government performance management indicator system needs improvement,
performance indicators generalizations expressed much less precise quantitative indicators;
scoring basic addition and subtraction using basic scoring,and complex nature of work,type
of work actually incompatible with such diverse problems to be solved. In this paper, the
main issues discussed is to set up a strict and complete government performance
management indicator system, guide and supervise government agencies and their civil
servants to establish a correct view of achievements, innovation and government agencies to
promote tiie management, reduce administrative costs and improve administrative efficiency
and build a service-oriented government, improve execution and credibility.
